We needed customer service as opposed to teller service and we were unsure of the process so we were quite relieved when one of the reps came over to take our names and show us where to sit. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes until another rep came over to assist us. He too was very professional and friendly and most importantly did not rush us.
