They used to be customer friendly. In past 2 years, have been going downhill. ALWAYS, ALWAYS when you call 1800 number...no matter what time you call, the recording says that it is a time where "higher than the ordinary amount of calls is coming through". Curious that the recording says this, no matter what time you call. For all the charges Regions makes on customer accounts, it would be nice if 24 hour phone support was offered. So disappointed in you Regions....
