I needed a battery for my grom so I stopped by this store to check it out and one of the workers said that there was one in stock. He grabbed one from the shelf and prepared to ring me up even though I did not tell him I was ready. I politely asked how much charge(power) the battery had and he checked it, telling me that it was weak. He almost sold me a low charged battery. He then said that he will go charge it and told me to check back in 1 hr. I don't live in this city so to stick around 1hr was an inconvenience to me especially when the store is suppose to charge the batteries regularly. I came back after an hour just for the guy to tell me that the battery was no good but that he can order me one online. I agreed and then he goes on to say that he can get me one by tomorrow morning sharp. That did not make any sense bc it was a Sunday and it was during a shortage plus a pandemic. I still allowed him to order it bc I did not know any better. The next day I stop by to pick up the battery and it looks similar to the faulty one before. I ask about it and the worker said that trust be assured it was not the same. I take the battery home and the bolts would not fit into the battery so I make the long drive to the city of Thibodaux to return it. I could almost bet my bottom dollar that these people NEVER ordered an actual battery and instead gave me the same old beat up battery from the day before! In the picture that I have provided as proof of there terrible service, you will see a cat pointing to where the bolt refused to tighten because the battery is so beaten up. read more
