They said that they would have my car for 8 days. My insurance did not cover a rental car for various reasons so I had to pay for rental out of pocket. I called the shop on the 7th day to receive a status update. I had called and emailed on at least 9-10 occasions to receive an update with no replies. On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs... Poor service/ bad communication/ am not taking my car back here..please be aware.. Then--when I picked up my car since they would not have it done on time...there was a nail with a washer in my tire! I know that I didn't bring my car in with a nail in the tire! I noticed because it was making noise as I drove away...so I immediately brought it back to the shop and it was denied...

Below is an honest letter I sent to the salesman and the organization as a whole. After looking for…read morealmost 2 months for a specific vehicle we came upon one at Finnicum Motors. I had my doubts after visiting so many other car dealers and being treated so badly that we were about to give up. Finnicum Motors was almost 4 hours away but after talking with Chad (and yes it was every day and almost constant) But his relentlessness was proving to be just a great Salesman doing his best to satisfy a picky customer and was well worth his effort. Chad; I started to respond to your text with a text but I felt I needed to be more descriptive and personal in reference to our interaction with you and your organization. To have a person like yourself and your organization be so upfront and open about a vehicle is refreshing. After dealing with so many dealers that are deceptive and even flat out lie it was truly a pleasure to arrive and see exactly what was described. You went out of your way to address any issues I had to the best of your ability without the typical "it's a used car what did you expect" excuse. I may have paid a little more than I might have paid at some other locations but both my wife and myself felt it was well worth the 4 hour long trip and extra money. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy that you provided and every business should provide. You are truly the example others should be measured by.. Yourself and your Organization should be proud of the job you do and I will gladly recommend you to anybody that is looking for a vehicle to come and see you. Thank You! James (Jim) Baker

I knew she was safe in a parking lot, but I still needed a solution. I called the Goodyear Auto Service location which was 4/10ths of a mile from where she was stuck. They went above and beyond. There is no other way to say it. They had a guy at her location with an air tank in 15 minutes. They inflated the tire enough for her to drive to their shop without doing damage to the rim. Within an hour they had her tire patched and she was on her way. I can't say enough to thank this business and how they conduct themselves. I would not hesitate to use them in the future, send people to them and be a reference for them. In this day in age, businesses who act like this are far and few between.
