We were 1500 miles in on a 5000 mile trip when we had trouble with our 2022 Jeep Gladiator in Moab…read more We drove 2 hours as they were the closest to us. We arrived when service opened at 8am. We were greeted by Jamie in service. She promptly got our information and was able to have her technician Zach diagnose a loose pitman arm. They got us in and out in under 2 hours. Meanwhile I met salesman Jeff who was super nice as well. He made us feel right at home. It's a small hometown dealership with attention to detail and it's customers. Thank you all for getting us back on the road.

Very helpful! My…read morebrand new Promaster was having starting issues in Moab. Van would start and the engine would die after 1 second regardless of how much gas I gave it. My dealer back home arranged for a drop-in at the dealer in Grand Junction. Drove it to Grand Junction and presented myself. Dealer said they were too busy to bring it in and read the codes. Earliest they might be able to do it was next day, and I would have to leave it with them today. Yeah, Right. It's 10 degrees F and you want me to be without my vehicle. Talked to the service manager. No difference. Got him to call around to other dealers in the neighborhood. Closest one that could give me an appointment the next day was in Price Utah (2+ hours drive.) I drove up to Price the next morning and they diagnosed it under 15 minutes by reading the codes. Offered to order a replacement key FOB under warranty but they were back-ordered nationwide. 5-stars for Autofarm Price CDJR; no stars for Grand Junction CDJR!

I had them do some work on my E450. They did a great job, no complaints. I'm writing this review…read morebecause of how kind they were at a later time however. I used to live in the area, but had moved up north. I was still registered to vote in Wellington though. Set my vacation time for it, since I travel for work. The radiator was leaking and the vehicle was having trouble starting. I hadn't driven the car or noticed until once I had gotten there. I told them it was having trouble starting. The gentleman diagnosed the problem for free. After a bit they gave me a quote for the radiator. It was a good price and I would have paid it, but they wouldn't get the part until after 4pm. Which is fine, but it was starting to snow and the canyon isn't great for a rear wheel drive. I had to turn down them fixing the radiator. But the lady there gave me the company card, and expressed that if I got caught in the snow, to call and they would help pick me up and out of the snow at least.

Update: after several calls and complaints to my insurance company, the Better Business Bureau, my…read morecredit card company and eventually to the police department in Price, Utah, I was refunded about 60% of my total costs including what was stolen from my vehicle. Although I called the price Police Department to file a formal complaint, I did not receive a call back but all of a sudden the tow truck company and the repair company refunded me more money. Interesting... Car overheated about 50 miles from Price, UT. Tow truck driver was very polite but definitely feel like I was overcharged. He highly recommended Supreme Complete Auto in Price, although I was only 30 miles from a different town which my insurance company was only willing to pay for me to get towed to. Tow truck driver insisted that in the other town that was closer I would not be able to get the repairs done for several days because it was a much smaller town. So he recommended the place in Price Utah which was further which meant I would have to pay more for the tow. He also told me he could not reimburse me for the tow I had already paid for on my credit card to the nearer town so I would have to pay for that tow as well as the more expensive tow to Price. Clearly, they are in cahoots. They charged me for a complete diagnostic and way overcharged me for an oil change. I was on the road and desperate so I paid without arguing. I also had extended warranty insurance which they refused to deal with and claim that there was nothing they had repaired which would fit under the requirements but that is not true because there was a part they had to replace for the engine would not have functioned. What really gets me is that I had a battery charger / jump starter in the car, brand new, and that is gone. Additionally, I had a bottle of whiskey I had purchased as a gift from Wyoming, and that is gone! Could not possibly get everything out of the car and into my travel trailer which I separated so they could work on the car, but when you leave your car at a repair shop you don't expect things to go missing. Also, a bottle of laundry detergent? I'm certain I will discover more things missing over the next day or two. I don't know where else to recommend in that town, but you may get good service but you'll also pay more than you should for it. And definitely take anything you wish to keep out of your vehicle!

I found this out when I drove an hour to take it to Costco to get new tires because I knew I was no longer taking my truck to Big O. We almost had to get it towed out of there because they were in such bad shape, swollen, and one broke off completely. Our truck is a 2019 Tacoma btw. Back story: We took our Tacoma to find a tire leak multiple times and they couldn't find it but would lose pressure in just a few days. The final time I went there we got oil change, rotation and told them to find the leak. When they rung me up I noticed they charged for a fixed tire. I asked, oh you guys found the leak? The manager went to verify upon finding out they hadn't even checked. So they were going to charge me for something they didn't even do and I waited 3 times as long as they told me. After driving it around the same tire showed up with a leak, which means they couldn't have rotated them either! New tires at Costco, no issues since. Wheels and mating surfaces were built up with corrosion and were never cleaned but Costco took care of that too. Thanks to big O we have to pay for all new lug nuts!! I am peeved. Manager at Costco said her uncle owns a Big O Springville and Provo locations and said they had better right the wrong because it's unacceptable. We'll see if that happens. Posting for the general public to be wary of going here.
