Spoke to Jose who claimed to be the manager, he was quite rude. Online showed a clearance price for an item and he claimed that was not the price and would not honor it despite it showing clearly that was the price. He quickly got rude about it when I asked more and said he would not do it and to leave. I've never had such a bad experience don't go to this store these people have such terrible service. This is why this store has such low ratings read more

today i had encountered a very disrespectful "royal" young man. he clearly had a disability no disrespect, i don't think they should be hiring people who are incapable of having basic etiquette. i walked in walking around with my boyfriend and did not happen to see the line on the floor separating the employees from the customers, so i walk past it browsing the store having a conversation, and he stops me telling me that it was common sense to not go behind the line. mind you, no sign saying that only employees can go behind there. worst experience ever. read more

I had to go yesterday, a Sunday night at 7:40 pm and they were open. Service was great, they checked my car's battery for free and the guy who helped me was nice as he explained to me how much it will be if I had to change the batteries my car with them. I left because I'm going to try to find a better price but if I don't I'm coming back because I felt good with their service. Thank you. read more

Whoever wore a gray shirt this day, had a snotty attitude and I had a discount to use and he refused to honor the discount. Only because they were supposed to have the parts I needed, because another Advanced location searched and found the parts at this store was the only reason I came here, and they DID NOT !! Time to check inventories !! Of course HAD to upsell me, (more money), and then wouldn't give me the discount that Kendall ALWAYS does, as well as North Miami Beach . Let me make this perfectly clear,,,, I will NEVER spend another $ .01 in that place, thanks to Mike ! Its called customer service dude, you should learn about it some day, so we the people who make your paycheck, have some little inclination to revisit that store!!! Too late now dude! read more

The service at this location is terrible. I don't know why I even bother giving them so many chances. I usually come here when I know I don't need anyone's help because God forbid you ask an employee for help. So kill me for not knowing which size etc wiper blades I need for my vehicle. I ask the employee for help before I paid for the blades , she totally ignores me. I purchased 1 set of blades not knowing if it comes with 2 blades or not. The lady scanned the blade and didn't even bother caring to point out that not only did I need a 2nd blade but I purchased the wrong one. Now I never ever changed my blades because everywhere I go just like this place offers free installation. But why offer a service you don't even care to provide. Mind you I just got out of work myself , I deal with customers all day. I get it more and more people are stressed out due to the pandemic. But I'm a federal employee that deals with a high volume of customers all day for the past 15 years. No one deserves to be treated unfairly. I'm courteous to all my customers yet a simple place like advance auto zone can't even do that. I go back inside and decide to speak with next employee since I didn't want to give anyone attitudes. I said I believe I purchased the wrong blade because I need 2 wiper blades and I'm not sure what size I need. Yet they have my vehicle info on record with my phone number. The guy asks me for my vehicle information. I told him 2007 Ford Fusion , he says there is no fusion on my list , meanwhile I'm starting at the word fusion on his screen. I said sir number 17 shows fusion. That's my vehicle . He looks at the blade I purchase to realize I purchase the wrong one. He is there with this extremely laid back attitude like he just cant wait to clock out of work. I said I don't understand why are you guys so mean? I have way better customer at another location, this location just happens to be so close to home. I couldn't take it any more, I got frustrated and said just give me a refund, you guys offer a free service that you're not even willing to provide, I'm kindly asking for help but I don't need to be drained out over petty employees. I got my refund and drove to the next location and problem solved. read more

I've been to this store twice within the past 8 days and I will never return. There's always five or more people in line and it takes five or more minutes for each customer to be tended to. Even though I had the item in hand and simply needed to buy, both times I left empty handed because I got tired of waiting. read more

Had to replace a battery at 8 pm. Found an awesome deal here and people were very kind and courteous. A++ fantastic place! Highly recommend.

My car battery died 2 days ago and I needed a new one immediately. This location is down the block from me, and I made sure to run here first. I was taken care of immediately and the employee was very helpful. She was not sure which battery I had (neither did I) and showed me how to check it for future reference. They were also able to do the installation for me, free of charge. Their battery offers a 3 year warranty which is awesome. I was super happy with their services, and so far their product seems good. I have heard many mixed reviews about this store, but I have yet to have a negative experience. Their location is extremely convenient to where I live, and their customer service has always been good. The location is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. I have nothing to complain about thus far. read more

I am not an expert in car repair. In actuality, I am the type of person who probably messes up their car more due to carelessness and apathy, so when my brother told me I needed to replace my windshield wipers, I shuddered in confusion and asked myself how am I supposed to do this. However, Advance Auto Parts was an angel in disguise. All I had to do was walk up to the counter, ask where the windshield wipers were, give them my car information, and then they sold the wipers to me. What put them over the top? FREE INSTALLATION! Overall, the workers are friendly and helpful, and I will definitely come here again! This Discount Auto Parts will officially be my go-to-place for car repair, automobile advice, and fine tuning! read more

I came for a simple " check engine light" -- the old big girl ( since calling her a lady would be an insult) at the register seemed bothered by the request and stated someone would come help me-- two costumers came in after me and she told an employee to help them first. When i asked her why were they being helped first she ignored me and continued to eagerly help someone else. Maybe she doesn't like to help female customers- Ended up leaving without getting my " check engine light" checked- I drive out of my way to avoid this one from now on read more

Just got off the phone with a man named Mike. I politely asked if they install batteries there, and he did everything he could to talk me out of coming there because he was too lazy to install it. Of course, this is after being put on hold for 15 minutes. After the call, I called Autozone down the street. They were courteous and took care of me. I would stay clear of this place. read more

Lots of problems with finding orders and customer service in general. I ordered a battery at 11 am online and received confirmation that it would be ready to pick up in 30 minutes. At 7 pm the manager said they did not have my order in their system. I offered to give him the order number but he just kept repeating that he had nothing under my name and that I needed to call Advances 800 number. When I called, the automated system said my order was ready at this store. After being on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes, customer service called the store, gave them the order number and they found the order. I felt like I was providing the service that the store should have. Also, there was a long and slow line that I came to realize was caused by similar problems (they couldn't find people's orders, told people their order was already picked up, etc). I am giving them two stars instead of one because one of the service guys, Alec, was really helpful while working on a ton of installations at once. Also the value/price was decent...hopefully I will get good use out of the battery. read more

Worst customer service ever do not come here .... Nobody wants to help they just pass by and not even acknowledge you .... When you do ask for help they just pass you to another person .....They would stock shelves then help customers read more

Do not go to this store, they sale battery that advertise they last three years and they never last, twice I have done this and they only last 2 years. Advanced autopart should care from whom they distributed there goods. But they don't. And that's says how much they care about there customers receiving the best product out there. Oh and this was a silver which is supposed to be better than the other ones read more

The customer server representative name Iliana (I think that's how you spelled it), is rude and unprofessional. This type of people shouldn't be working in customer service l, she is rude and unprofessional. I hope the corporation sees this. Thank you! read more

I went to this auto parts to get my low beans and when I ask a a guy that works there who had just finished stocking batteries he tells me that I have to do the line, I wanted to simply ask a question but he seemed not to care at all of what I needed, in going to autozone which is a Mile away from this location read more

Don't trust in this place, it is the worst in the city. They sell batteries with 3 years guaranty, but if you need to exchange, they change the warranty rules. read more
