They will tell you straight up if the repair is worth it so that they do not waste your time. I have lived in Lawton for many years, and this is the only shop i trust with my classic BMW E30 convertible. Randy and his team are extremely knowledgeable at what they do. They are always busy and always have a full garage of cars to work on so you must have patience.

Randy took no ownership nor could give an explanation on why is the vehicle now leaking when it wasn't when the vehicle was dropped off. Randy cannot explain why new brakes & rotors are now squeaking & making noise when they weren't making any noise prior to getting new brakes & rotors. Very dissatisfied & upset. Mercedes had no prior issues, was just due for an oil change. I suggest NOT to take your vehicle here unless you want more issue than you started with. Very dishonest guy. More like causing issues to vehicles to keep you coming back to have to spend money, not to mention already super expensive prices. Regret just not driving to OKC to Mercedes dealership & ONLY went to Warren Import to stay local. Now costing more money than just a simple oil change that was only needing.

Well apparently I did not know exactly what the code reading or diagnostic would be called but this employee seemed pleased to inform me that I was calling it by the wrong name and eventually gave me a lecture on what it is, what it isnt and what it does, and what it does not do. As condescending as he sounded I didn't care thinking maybe he's just all about the details or whatever. I thought okay cool, he must know what he's doing. So he hooks the device up to my car and it eventually reads so he tells me it's multiple misfires. So then he hands me the device. I let him know that I don't know how to read the device or the codes and if we could go inside, maybe get a print out and talk about what I may need to purchase and go from here. So he says sure. So we go inside and he tells me it'll be awhile so I say it's fine take your time. So finally when it's he's done printing it out, he hands the papers to me and says "have a nice day." So I don't get what part of I WANT TO DISCUSS THE CODES SO I KNOW IF I NEED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING does this guy not understand. I get it, I look young, I get bad customer service often but when I tell you I want to purchase and you turn me away I get really confused. I was too angry to even ask to speak to a manager at that point. I was having a bad day when I came in so It wasn't like I was being rude. Maybe I should not have smiled and said hi how're you when I greeted the employee. I'm calling in the morning to complain.
