Contacted this business on several occasions to pick up my car while I am deployed. I was told each…read moretime we have a lot of cars to pick up; however, we will get to you tomorrow. I was told this multiple times, only to call back and be told we will get to you today after lunch. This whole week has gone by and my family members have taken off each day this week only for no one to ever contact me or them to pick my car up. Now, I am search of a more reputable company that truly values integrity over talk. No leadership at this company, no organizational skills or people skills, and they could care less about customer service. Simply keeping your customers informed would go a long way. I asked them to pay for half since, I felt guilty for not recognizing the wrong parts; they felt no obligation and said it was my fault for not knowing, not theirs for not checking, and only wanted to pay 300 dollars which barely covered the wrong parts. Oh, and they said the car should've never been able to work with the wrong parts and, this was their whole basis of their argument. But I have timestamped video footage from my cameras showing myself in the car driving away that will be used litigation shortly.
