Next to no help on the floor. I've been to other O'Reilly's. They ain't this slow! Standing in line is a lot like listening to the methodical, monotone role-calling of a certain economics teacher: "Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?" You know what other great movie quote fits in all of my past and recent scenarios at this auto parts store with the great radio jingle? This one... "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ~ Ferris Maybe O'Reilly's doesn't need to notice how many customers walk out when they don't stop and look around. My workplace doesn't have that luxury!!! I can't recommend this place when I spend several minutes (15-20 is long enough) standing in line and still get no service.

They didn't say anything on top of that, the restrooms were broken and if you're gonna wait that long, you need the restroom to work so we just went across the street to advance in and out in five minutes even though they were packed they acknowledged us and they had one person that was checking people out that needs to have one cashier out and somebody else taking orders

Back in earlier April 2023 I was looking for some wildlife whistles for my Jeep. I checked their website before heading to the brick and mortar. After going up and down every single aisle twice and not being asked if I needed any help by a single employee, I hopped in line at the front to see if someone could look the part up for me. Of course, they didn't know what the hell I was inquiring. Basically it's two devices that you can put on particular places on your vehicle that will "whistle" a warning to wildlife such as deer, elk, and other large animals that you don't want to jump out in front of you as your traveling about a certain speed. It's been my experience that with them on my vehicles, nothing jumps out in front of me. I'm willing to keep trying this. Finally, between three employees they found one set of what may usually be referred to as "deer whistles" on the back wall somewhat hidden behind other random merchandise on a hanging clip strip. You're forewarned... this may not be the in-and-out expedition you were hoping for.

I was pulling a new-to-me trailer from TN out to Nevada on a two week trip. After a lengthy part of the trip over a fairly rough set of back roads I discovered that the entire lower part the drain for the my black tank had disappeared somewhere along the way. No pipe, no valve, no cover. The good news for those concerned; the tank was cleaned and empty as I had flushed it out the day prior. I was headed to a boondock location that required me to have a working black tank system. A quick search on Google found Mr. B's trailers abut 2hrs away, but along the route. They said they had a good selection of repair parts. Yes they do! My anxiety was quickly relieved after arriving at Mr. B's. The ladies behind the counter in their parts area were extremely helpful and we quickly put together almost everything I needed. The only thing they didn't have was a small section of 3" PVC; but that wasn't a problem because they gave me easy directions to Home Depot to get that last piece of the puzzle. I was able to completely repair my system and I think that the parts I got at Mr. B's were a step up on quality from the original . Excellent customer service. Great selection of RV parts. Highly recommend.

Their work is usually incomplete, the owner (who also does much of the work) is incredibly dishonest, and when they make mistakes you will bear the cost. I caught the owner in an outright lie; gave him the benefit of the doubt, said maybe it was a mistake (though I knew otherwise), and he responded with hostility, rudeness, and a further lie. This to the tune of several hundred dollars that I'm now out. The other staff seems friendly enough, but I still suggest taking your business elsewhere. Items off the shelf...sure, that's safe, but don't let them (mainly the owner) do any work on anything. I since have questioned my coworkers, all locals, and they all know this individual; their response was "I wish you would have asked us first". Learn from my experience; stay away.

A good update…read more.. Some bloke at this Napa sold me a cabin filter for my Jeep on 12/31/2023. I didn't check it before I left because I was going to take care of it New Year's Day. Went to change it. The filter is completely different than the previous Napa-sanctioned one. It didn't fit. It's too thick. It's not the same quality. Made in a totally different country. So I returned it today (1/2/2023). Complained to a different, much more professional male employee. He quickly rectified the situation by quietly admitting the wrong one was sold to me. He proceeded to pull the new one out of the box. I confirmed it was the correct one. Got it for a straight exchange even though the new one was a few dollars more. Same old story. New year... It pays to know who to talk to. The real car guys/girls.
