By that point Saturday will be 4 weeks,how can a 10 day 35 hour job turn to 4 weeks,assuming I even got it then,bc I have called every week to be told it would be ready the next week. How can a place be that bad it underestimates a job from 10days to going on 4 weeks. I've not had a car at all can't get to work had to quit my job had no way to get back and forth at all,they was working with me when it was supposed to be a week but now they have no option but to replace me at this point,bc I have no real idea when im getting my car. My dad passed away in May,bc my car was stolen,hence why it's in shop,I wasn't there with him when he passed,he lives in Richmond VA,and no his celebration of life is the 12 Sat,and I'm sure won't have car to spread his ashes with my family in VA. I told her that the tow man and police officer (both were great) thought I may just need a tire to get my truck back on the road. I told the lady that on Saturday morning and I also offered to pay my tow bill. She told me she did not know for sure about the tire and she did not know what the bill was and that she would get back to me that day. I waited all day to hear from her and NOTHING. I did not call Sunday assuming they were closed. I started calling again Monday. After several calls they called me back. She told me I needed a tire and a rim but they didn't have one. I asked again what I owed do I could pay. She told me again that she did not know and that she would call me back....and again NOTHING! After calling 12 places I found a tire and rim. So since I can't get a return call I was in their office lot at 8:23am. It said on their website and their door they opened at 8am. I called and called and finally at 9am there was still no answer, no call back and no one in the office so I called the non emergency police line. They called while I was on hold and got someone there after I explained to the officer that I have spoken to someone twice trying to pay since Saturday and that I called 16 TIMES since Saturday trying to get my truck returned. The officer spoke to someone from dispatch and told me someone would be right there. I waited a few minutes and someone showed up. He looked at my truck and said he didn't think just a tire and rim would get it back on the road. I told him that the tow man and officers said they thing would and do did the lady I spoke to Monday. So I told him I found a tire and rim in Huntington and that I was going to drive it there and bring it back to pay them to put it on. He came back out a few minutes later and asked me if I just wanted him to put the spare on my truck so I could take it. I had borrowed a car to do the running around, went back and got her to get my car out. He also told me their credit card machine didn't work so we stopped and pulled out $300 which was my maximum daily withdrawal. We returned to pick up my truck and he said it was $360 if I had cash or just over $380 with a credit card!!!!!!! I asked him why it was so much? He said he did not know. I asked him for an itemized bill and he told me he had no way to get me a bill but he would try to have one emailed to me today. I paid the $380 because I didn't know what they were charging me to argue it. DO NOT use this service!!!!! They are scammers! They could have changed my tire Saturday but chose to charge me days of storage not to mention they days I had to pay for an UBER to get to work which was $56 a day round trip for 3 days plus the car I borrowed today to get my truck!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE this company

Went to this local Valvoline on September 16th. Had not even reach 6,000 miles. During that time I…read morehad to get four "top offs" of 3 quarts of oil. My KIA requires 5.1 quarts. That is a total of 17.1 quarts of oil. After the last "top off" on November 28th I asked them to check for any leaks. Instead the manager Iziak just filled my vehicle with some type of oil. My vehicle takes the full synthetic 5w20. Then he had me drive off. After 564 miles my engine blew. KIA sorento engines have a recall on them from 2012 - 2017. That is why I bought the vehicle. But when the KIA dealership did their investigation they noticed that the engine was seized. The dip stick was not registering any oil. Then they lifted on the rack. Removed the under carriage panel and found the OIL PAN PLUG WAS NOT IN THE OIL PAN. So when I asked for them to check the engine for a leak, I expected that they would check. Instead I was given excuses that they did not know how the plug would fall out, BUT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. They blamed KIA and the dealership. KIA nor the dealership had anything to gain. KIA did not even know that Valvoline did the oil change. Not even that but KIA had other KIA Sorento getting engine replacements. My vehicle was NOT singled out by the dealership to blame the oil change. Lastly, I was told by Valvoline Corporate that the store or regional manager would physically go out and conduct their investigation within 2 business days. It's now 6 business days later and they NEVER looked at the vehicle. They just made an arbitrary decision that it was not their store. So, did they really check the oil plug ? Not in the amount of time I was there. I even got out of the vehicle on one of the occasions and no one ever removed the panel. They just filled it up, and blamed KIA for excessive oil burn. 17.1 quarts ??? I don't think so. What oil did they put in, since I know where the synthetic oil I get is kept on the back wall and not the oil "hose" they used ? TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND REPLACE MY ENGINE, AND PAY FOR MY TOWING AND RENTAL CAR !! Sadly I took it to them because I believed they had integrity. NO THEY DON'T *** You state you "completed" the investigation. You did not even go to the dealership to check the vehicle. You say it's been "resolved" . How ?? I received no denial letter. All I have heard is that there are "red flags". What are the "red flags".
