I confirmed with her 2 or 3 times that they did price match Amazon prices and she confirmed every time I asked. Had a friend bring me a spare but the lug wrench was too small for my lug-nuts. Hopped in their car and Yelp helped me find the nearest parts store (remember I'm not from here). Walked into the store and the staff were all friendly, didn't degrade me for being a woman (as many guys tend to do when it comes to auto work). They matched my wheels and helped me find the correct 4way lug wrench. Told me good luck and that if it didn't fit to bring it back and they'd gladly replace it. They made the whole bad situation so much easier! Thanks O'REILLY

Worth noting: they have a relationship with the dealer who was selling me the car. Within minutes of driving it, I found a broken door lock, non-functional windshield sprayers, visible underbody damage, 3 chips in the windshield, and misaligned wheels causing a crooked steering wheel -- something they'd have noticed the second they sat in the driver's seat. None of this was disclosed. I don't believe my car was ever actually inspected, yet they still took my money. Don't trust their inspections.

I did a quick google search on places that offered brake fluid changes (I have a 2022 Honda Civic and ain't no way in hell I was going to a dealer and selling a kidney for something like that) and found out they did that service and many more. The appointment process was very easy online, they where SUPER fast and friendly. I had them check on my Blower Motor after I had gone to MAXI Auto who charged me way too much for a diagnostic that didn't even sound right. Jonge? I believe his name was, was VERY helpful and so nice, after explaining everything to him he offered to look at it right away and gave me his second opinion which sounded a lot more plausible than what MAXI said. I asked them that if I bought the part would they put it on and they said yes. MAXI wanted $170 for the part I found online for $50... the estimate for labor and parts (and filters they wanted to add on that I didn't even need) was almost $400...yeah MAXI is a rip off anytime I need anything else I'll be coming here.
