We have been using this discount tire location for a good 10+ years and for the longest time never…read morehad any problems. They were great! However, since 2022 we have really started noticing a decline with honesty and more and more situations raising red flags. Yesterday was my final straw as to why I'm writing this review. I came in yesterday morning for an appointment I had made Sunday evening for a tire rotation/balance and to get both the front driver tire and front passenger tire patched. Both tires each had a small screw from what we believe is months of ongoing roadwork in the area. My husband removed the screws and plugged them Saturday evening (today is Thursday) refilled the tires with the small amount of air they needed and tested them with the soapy water method to see if the tires were leaking air which they were not. Before anyone at Discount Tire even assessed the situation, I was immediately told that I would automatically need new tires because the "gummy sticky" plugs are not DOT approved. I had already figured they were going to try to tell me I needed new tires. So it started. The man at the front desk couldn't find the last time that I got tires In the system and because I had started noticing what I believe to be dishonesty, I have documented every time I have come since 2022. So I let him know that I would happily pull it up which I did and I let him know I got 4 new tires in March of 2025 at 176,525 miles. He conveniently could find that date on my account at that point. In February of 2026 when I came in for a rotation/balance at 185,220 miles I was told that the next time I came in for my next rotation/balance I would probably need two new tires. I got home and within the hour called them questioning why it says on their app that my appointment that day was missed even though I had just left there and had gotten my tires rotated and balanced. I wasn't given a clear explanation, but I was reassured that everything is documented correctly in the system. At this very moment when I go on the app, every appointment that I have made says canceled, the one from yesterday says missed, and there is not even one documented that I can see on my end for February of 2026 when I was last in. I find that very ironic, considering they base the prorated discount of any possible tires you buy on whether or not you've kept up with the proper balance and rotation of the tires that you have previously bought from them. So that brings me to yesterday morning when I came in with a milage of 190,031 and 2 plugs that most likely COULD be patched. I'm no tire expert nor is my husband, but he is very knowledgeable on cars/car parts/tires. He happened to call me yesterday when I was at Discount Tire right In the middle of the conversation I was having so I put him on the phone with the man at the front. It was a brief conversation, the man seemed visibly nervous. The conversation ended with them talking about the tread of the tires that were measured- which is just another aggressive tactic. Costumers being told their tread is too low (when it's not) and that corporate policy prevents them from fixing a tire. This is very frequently used to force a replacement sale on an otherwise perfectly repairable tire. and thats when my phone was handed back to me and with my husband on the other end he asked me to leave and he let me know we would find another place. According to my husband after he was told the tread measurements he said " she doesn't need new tires and both you and I know that". Now, could I have needed new tires because of the SMALL screws that were removed and plugged? Possibly. But the screws were not located on the sidewall and were in a location that was perfectly repairable. I will be taking my car elsewhere and updating this post when I get a second opinion, but to tell me I need new tires based on a plug that was used before even assessing the situation ( my car never left the parking lot and the plugs used were not visible) is very questionable especially after already telling me I would soon need 2 new tires 11 MONTHS after getting 4 new tires AND with no visible previously attended appointments for rotations/balanced done on the app that costumers are using? Hmmmm. You can form your own opinion. My suggestion to anyone using Discount Tire: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING YOURSELF. Keep your appointment confirmations. Keep track of your mileage. Write down the date and reason for every visit. Take screenshots. Don't rely solely on what is showing in the app. Edit- I did receive a call from Discount Tire and an email from a service representative. The call and email happened the day after they send you a link that doesn't work when you click on it which I called them out on in my Google Review. I chose not to answer the call. We will no longer be bringing our vehicles to Discount Tire for sales or service. The forced high pressure environment to upsell at Discount Tire has ruined our customer experience.

Bryson was excellent--honest, friendly, informative, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in understanding the customer's situation. He made me feel that I could trust his guidance. Unfortunately, my experience with Justin was the complete opposite. I found him uninterested, unwilling to help, dismissive, and unnecessarily arrogant in the way he communicated with me. One of the best things this dealership can do for a customer is connect them with someone like Bryson and spare them an experience like the one I had with Justin. Bryson represents exactly what a service advisor should be. Who wants to deal with someone who makes a customer feel unwelcome and unimportant?

A 151-Mile Journey Worth Every Second: Exceptional Car Buying at Nalley Toyota of Roswell!!!!!!…read more After repeatedly disappointing service experiences in our local area, specifically in Scotsboro, AL, when my husband and I discussed purchasing a new car, we decided to cast a wider net. We broadened our search to include a 200-mile radius, which led us 151 miles and a 2.5-hour drive away to Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Let me just say, the level of professionalism, genuine communication, and overall experience we received was far beyond what I could have ever hoped or imagined! Professionalism from the Start: We arrived at the dealership ready to pull the trigger on the gorgeous Toyota Camry XLE or XSE. We were immediately greeted by True Green, who was patient, hilarious, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made us feel welcome and entirely at ease. After test driving the classy XLE, we headed inside to check out the sporty heavy metal/midnight black XSE. What happened next was completely unexpected. Setting right in front of True's desk was the stunning 2026 Toyota Crown. It was too gorgeous not to stop and look at! True (and my husband) knew instantly that the Camrys were a figment of the past. The moment I sat down in the Crown, it felt like THE car--my car. The Team Effort - Guidance and Transparency: Transitioning from a test drive to a potential purchase requires smooth logistics, and the team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell excelled here. Dennis Suber joined us, and he and Drew helped us navigate through general Q&A with incredible clarity. Never once did they pressure us or push us for a decision. Their focus remained entirely on ensuring we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable. Finally, we reached the pivotal point: meeting with the finance team. Arnold Harrison masterfully crafted a contract that fit our exact needs. He meticulously covered every detail, answered numerous questions, and handled the process with genuine understanding and patience. It's rare to leave a finance office feeling that level of trust and satisfaction. The combined effort of True Green, Dennis Suber, and Arnold Harrison made the purchasing experience fun, exceptional, and entirely stress-free. It was MORE than worth the 151 miles and 2.5-hour drive! If you are in the market for a vehicle and value an honest, professional, and world-class buying experience, go see the team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell! Overall Rating: 11/10
