I brought it with a bunch of engine lights and DJ assured me that they could fix the problem. After a day of fixes, they sent me on my way but the engine lights all came back on and the problem migrated from where it was (it seemed). I brought it right back in and they jumped on it to rediagnose this weird problem. After a day of tests and research they couldn't figure it out, but David made a few changes to help get a diagnosis while i drove it over the next day. Thanks to his brilliance he was able to follow how the problem moved based on his changes and when I brought it back he knew exactly what the problem was. New part ordered and replaced and this Jeep is as good as new. The whole thing was a real tough problem to figure out but DJ and the team stuck with it and made it right. I would bring my family vehicles back here, for sure.

I recently was referred to come here and I am car literate, however, I am not an electrician…read more Therefore, when my car was having electrical issues I wanted a mechanic to diagnose and look over my cars issues. Needless to say this business did not listen to me when i dropped off the car and told them the reason my car was there. The mechanic shop called me to let me know they would like to charge me for something totally different than what my car was even there for. I had to remind them why my car was there, and the mechanic had to "instruct me" on codes and went to pull them while i was on the phone just for my vehicles dash lights to be illuminated right in front of his eyes. He then told me he would call me back the next day with another diagnosis. The following day he then tells me he finds an electrical issue which does sound like it could be the issue, however, when i get the bill its ridiculous.. I replaced my IG1 relay which at most is a $7.00 part and they charged me over $100 for parts needed.. and over 200 for labor.. when changing a relay takes 2 minuets. I understand diagnosing the issue takes time, however, it was the shops mistake diagnosing an issue that wasn't there and I shouldn't have been charged for that. Also. they told me they weren't charging me a diagnostic fee. So that price isn't from that. They Also let me know when they disassembled my shifter that they "cleaned it up", but when I got the vehicle home I took apart my shifter and it was not cleaned or did not look to be cleaned. My vehicle is pre owned and whoever owned it previously had dogs. The interior does not have hair everywhere any more, however, when I got into the shifter I found animal fur everywhere in the shifter and solenoid. So Id like to know where they cleaned. Just be careful if you come here. This mechanic shop will charge you for parts and labor like crazy even if they don't do anything.

Then the check engine light came on - right when I need to renew my registration. Boo. Went to NAPA, pulled the code, O2 sensor, and they recommended these guys. Dropped the car off, let them know I knew about the other issues but just need this car to pass emissions. They called me a few hours later, diagnosed a bad O2 sensor, told me the charges for the part and an hr of labor. Never pushed any other work or even set up a soft upsell - no "well, maybe not today, but pretty soon you're doing to need to take care of X". I hung up and told my husband "we have a new mechanic!" Rare to find a mechanic willing to do the work needed and not try to pad the invoice. We'll start getting oil changes here, too. Used to go to the NTB on Piedmont but since Mavis bought them out always seem to find additional work that needs to be done.
