I have only been here for typical needs (e.g., oil, wipers, wiper fluid, etc.). I really like this Advance Auto. The employees are very helpful and kind. They helped me find the most cost-efficient and quality products and informed me about deals they have going on that are not always advertised. They are always happy to help and knowledgeable. They also accept apple pay. There is one sales rep who is originally from NJ (he told me this), but I can't remember his name, but he is especially kind and helpful. read more

I went here a few weeks ago with my friend who had coolant problems in her car, and both people at the front desk brushed us away immediately, then later insisted we buy the wrong coolant, which we did. Then, when we had to return it because it was wrong, they said our receipt was invalid, but the same people working had JUST printed it an hour before, AND they insisted the coolant would be fine, despite showing them the car manual which said otherwise. Luckily they gave the return, but I will come back due to unfriendly staff and gaslighting. Talked to every male customer first and for far longer. Not friendly to women. read more

I have been using this store for 16 years, but tonight I'm going to re-visit this. I helped a friend of mine jump her car battery, and I sent her here to have it tested and probably replaced. It was a Honda battery in a Honda sedan. I followed her to the store after a few minutes, and she was pulling out so I stopped to see what happened. She told her that they would not test her car battery because it wasn't "their brand" of battery. That makes no sense. Because all car batteries are the same. It's not like it is hazardous to test a different manufacturer's battery. And if they tested it and it needs replacing, then obviously my friend would have bought a battery from them. And this policy makes no sense. Because no cars are sold with the Advance Auto brand batteries. None. If they won't test other batteries, then how would they sell any batteries to anyone? They should be testing ALL batteries, so that they can sell more of their own batteries. read more

I went to advanced auto parts cause i was having some issues with my car and they checked my codes for me and cleared them. Troy was the worker who helped me he was super nice, explained everything to me and what things meant and also fixed something else with my battery under my hood. great service here and i'll definitely be going back! read more

I've been an advanced auto customer for years but this location is completely unsatisfactory. Limited inventory, extremely rude staff. Advertise loaner tools but do not have basic things like correctly sized sockets or oil pans. Staff puts in the minimum amount of effort needed to take your money and makes returns a nightmare, even if they sell you the wrong part. Go to autozone, walmart, or literally anywhere else for better prices. This location is good for one thing: terrible deals and even worse management. read more

I came here yesterday due to an issue with my car battery. Wayne was very knowledgable and helpful. He didn't try scamming me out of my money and just told me everything I needed to fix my issue. He even tried finding different bolts for the product I bought so that it can fit my car better. Wayne, if you're reading this, you're a good guy. Thank you. read more

Went in to find transmission oil, and the guy that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. He helped me get what I needed quickly, and at a great price too. He was even patient enough to wait for me to call my dad to double check with him on the purchase haha. You could tell he really knew his stuff and appreciated and loved cars. Will definitely go back there! read more

Clayton was rude. Rather than politely offering to install my windshield wiper blade, he condescendingly said "I *assume* you want me to put this on for you?" As a female I can't help but take this as a sexist remark. Regardless of whether or not it was intended to be sexist, it was rude and unprofessional. I won't be back. read more
