After hearing horror stories about having to find new insurance in Florida, I reached out to Dan Barnett's State Farm office in part because I have known Dan Barnett to be a fine gentleman and consummate professional through playing tennis with him for many years. Justin Ryals promptly responded and he intently listened to our story and to what my wife and I were looking for and he provided us with options for both homeowners and auto insurance. Justin has a full understanding of the products and services that we were seeking, he is very current on the highly dynamic state of changes with insurance in Florida, and we were very pleased with the outcome of his efforts. Not only did Justin work with us to find the best coverage available for the most reasonable prices but he also provided some forward-looking insight as to where the industry is headed to help us be best informed and prepared for future changes. Justin is easy to talk to, he is well grounded and invested in the community, he has a current and thorough knowledge of all things insurance, and he provides high levels of responsiveness and professionalism in a very cordial, competent, and neighborly manner. My wife and I appreciate that Justin took extra time to fully inform and educate us and we feel as if Justin and this State Farm office clearly worked (and continue to work) on our behalf seeking the outcome that is best for us to the point that we felt as if we had become part of their extended family. As a result, what started out as a bad thing turned into a very positive and value added experience which is why we highly recommend giving Dan Barnett's State Farm Insurance office an opportunity to serve you as well!
