At first, she was all friendly, but when I started asking questions, every answered she give me I couldn't understand because her English is very broken. When I asked her if she could find me another person, everything changed she spoke to me harshly. I told her please don't yell because I was in front of her, so I decided to leave. I went to Amscot and they treated me well. I did what I had to do, and no one was impatient or rude.

Entering that code completes the login process and allows the account member access to their banking information and provides tools to do online banking. For the past year it has been hit or miss whether the site will function properly and send me the verification code. On the occasions when no code is sent, I can't do any banking. I can't see any of my information. I try logging in repeatedly. Nothing happens. I try contacting SCCU, but if it's after their business hours, or on a Sunday, there is no way to speak to someone for assistance. Why doesn't SCCU have a live person available who is ready to assist customers who need help? Why isn't the problems customers have logging in to do their online banking fixed? These issues have NOT been addressed even after they have occurred to me several times and I've lodged complaints a few times.

A gal named Shannon Clawson, a member service representative, met with him in her office. I went in with him. She was unfriendly and not very personable. She said she would need to see the ORIGINAL deed to our house in order to give him an account!. I don't know if this is standard practice or not but why would a bank need an original deed to open a bank account? We left and my husband was so put off by the experience, he decided to bank elsewhere where they actually want the business.
