I've been with AAnderson Insurance, in my case with Amy Anderson Young, for several years since my…read moreprevious broker departed from my insurance at the time and transferred my policy to a different agency. To be honest, at the time I was resistant and had every intention of canceling my policy. However, Amy reached out to me and heard my concerns and committed to earning and keeping my business. To be honest, that's exactly what she's done. She's a broker. This means that she represents multiple agencies and works to get you with the one that will best meet your needs. When I first started with her, I was with a different agency that decided to get out of personal lines. We got with a different agency and I likely ended up with better coverage for the same price. I've not had a claim since she's been serving my insurance needs, but anytime I've had a question, concern, or problem she's responded in a timely manner and gotten a quick and easy resolution. There were a couple hiccups when I transitioned to a new company, but she worked through them and made sure everything was good and I was protected. She's friendly, attentive, and responds quickly. She makes recommendations, but she's not constantly trying to sell things and she has a nice balance so she's never intrusive. I'm admittedly a fairly stable customer. While prices matter to me, I tend to be fairly stable and don't tend to shop around a lot. I also pay my bills on time. I'm probably someone who is most concerned about customer service and Amy has been top-notch from day one and has done what it takes to earn and keep my business. I'd definitely recommend her and/or her agency - she offers home/rental, life, auto, motorcycle, umbrella insurance, RV, and Boat/Watercraft.

We had noticed this place while driving past once and took note. My wife came here to see if they could help us. This was the very same day Shaub caused all the ruckus and Lawrie CPA Group welcomed her with open arms. She turned over our information and set up an appointment, for the very next day. When we arrived, our return was actually already done with only a matter of a couple of details to wrap up. Judd Lawrie was very friendly and the passion he has for the business and his customers was apparent. Mr. Lawrie and the office manager, Kate, really put us at ease and the experience was pleasant and efficient.

Because of that my taxes would be filed late, BUT WITH NO LATE FEE because it was their fault." I have had my new accountant try contacting them for a month with no reply, all because i don't want to pay a hefty late fee due to their lack of work ethics.
