I had one employee lie to me and say that she was the manager when i know for a fact that she is not. customer service in awful out of the 10 windows they have only three are ever opened and they take forever to do anything for you because they are all talking and joking behind the counters so the lines are always ridiculously long. I could rant for hours about how awful this place is and how i wish i could get it shut down because it makes amscot look like a terrible company but i think i have made my point.
