It doesn't matter if the bank is 30+ miles from where you live. In my wife's case, immediately after she was approved for checking, they restricted access to her account. No online access, and they even had the audacity to reject her direct deposit for TWO MONTHS. We couldn't even access it by ATM. Calls to customer service, after waiting on hold for some time and escalating to supervisors, were never returned. Then they started charging monthly fees, and after a couple months they successfully managed to steal our opening deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK FOR REAL. They are absolutely horrible, and the FDIC really should shut them down for fraud.

I moved back to LA 165 miles away and told me I had to come in and sign a lien release so I drove the 165mi get there Woops the managers not here she's 5 hours away and she didnt sign it so they got her on the phone she said to show my ID she'll sign it and mail it or she could email me andi sign it and send back... well she gets back the next week I call and she said I had to bring my ID then sign it she couldn't mail or email it as she clearly stated. NOW they lost my title and they want me to drive once more 165milea to sign the paper and bring to the tax office so I cam file for a lost title because they dont obviously want to have to pay for it but if they didn't lose it they would still have to sign the lien release and bring to the tax accessors officen anyway. They are rude, unprofessional, non-curtious dont return calls and lazy. I should not have to do anything other than sign the paper stating the loan was paid in full amd that I did back in Dec of 2024 they refuse to work with me do their part and to this day has not admitted to losing my title they avoid it at all cost so im going to make one last call tomorrow to them amd if the same bull gets thrown at me in going straight to the state of Mississippi attorney generals office and file a formal complaint followed by a civil suit and they could also possibly face felony theft charges by refusing to get me my title and im going to push it and even involve my great uncle who is a federal judge in new orleans.
