From the beginning, there were issues with inconsistent pricing. I was quoted one amount for a test and then charged something different, which was blamed on a "brand new" front-desk employee. My initial appointment was $100, while the follow-up just to review my results was $158, and nobody could clearly explain the difference. My first follow-up had to be rescheduled because they admitted they didn't even have my test results yet. For the rescheduled telehealth visit, I told the front desk I was happy to pay the $158 but wanted to pay securely through MyChart rather than give my credit card information over the phone. Instead of helping me, they moved my appointment without my knowledge or consent. I eventually found the payment option myself, paid, and sat waiting for an HOUR before calling and discovering they had moved my appointment. The manager, Heidi, apologized and agreed to refund me, but said the provider had already moved on and could no longer see me that day. I also previously had difficulty obtaining my own medical records for a second opinion and was told I would only have access to the remaining information after speaking with the provider. After I made it clear I would not be returning, the manager finally agreed to email the remaining records. Between the inconsistent pricing, poor communication, long waits, appointment being moved without my consent, and difficulty accessing my records, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this clinic.

I asked the receptionist why I was asked to arrive early and she said she had no idea, she didn't send texts and couldn't tell me who did. She was dismissive. I was the first appointment of the day and had to ask at 7:30 when I would be seen. My first test took 20 minutes and I was sent back out to the lobby. I had to go ask again when my next test would be preformed. The receptionist told me they had to wait for a physician to arrive. It's completely unacceptable to schedule people when your office isn't prepared. Everyone's time is valuable and should be respected. Very disappointing office experience at this facility. If you use them, do not make your appointment early and arrive 30 minutes early. I can say the techs that took care of my stress test were excellent.

Dr. Agan took the time to listen and review it all with me, I never felt rushed and I actually felt heard and understood for the first time! Thank you! I told him that I didn't want to jump through hoops if I wasn't going to have resolution of the problem and he actually empathized with me on the circumstances. Staff was awesome. Only complaint was it was over a month till testing he did order could be completed. But my problems aren't critical so I understand that a little bit.

i cannot comment on the other doctors in practice with dr peabody at woodlands north houston heart…read morecenter,but having been her patient for many years even prior to joining with the group,i can recommend her highly..as a physician she is very professional,asks the right questions,schedules tests she feels are needed,and she treats you with care and respect..not all doctors do that..the office staff at the front desk (woodlands)has changed a bit since all services have moved upstairs to the larger office,and i have had only a few issues which i mentioned to dr peabody..getting an appointment is not difficult,and if you have to come back one is offered to you at the checkout desk..the wait times in the office itself (large lobby area) are average,with a few minutes in the lobby and a few minutes in the back with the nurse doing the pre check weight,blood pressure ,questions etcetera, prior to seeing the doctor..there is a small issue with parking as the office is adjacent to st lukes lakeside,texas woodlands childrens hospital and st lukes on 242,and the spaces outside are always full, and the parking garage (free)is often very full as well..

Also known as The…read moreWoodlands Specialty Hospital- They let honest, hardworking, employees go weeks without getting paid. They promised bonuses if employees would work through the holidays and a transfer in leadership while not being paid then refused to pay those bonuses. Employees were left to survive the holidays without their paychecks and their hours being canceled. The hospital even quit paying for insurance that employees had paid for, causing long scheduled operations and procedures to be canceled with no recourse to the employees that were subjected to this abuse. Some couldn't make mortgage, pay bills or even afford Christmas for their families. If they treat their employees this way, how do you think they treat their patients?

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.
