She said he was the best at his previous employer and requested only him. And, then followed him to Greg's new company. We have recommended his company to more people than I can count. Greg goes out of his way to do the right thing. He knows more about any sort of house building (and heating and cooling) than most contractors do. I'm actually about to call to move an appointment we have this week. I saw the sad one star review and thought he needed a review from a long time customer (almost 20 years). His crew has always been professional. They have helped me with cost analysis. And, have given me estimates. He showed up on Christmas Eve when our furnace shut down. No charge. We started the maintenance plan the next time he showed up. I can't recommend his company enough.

However, they were the only one of four businesses to answer the phone when we had an issue which is why we went with them. Even after hounding them and making a stink regarding pricing they still came out within a day to service our system when we had an issue with the floats. The service after the fact, professionalism despite previous encounters, and the ease of contact is what earns them the 5 stars. Areas for improvement would be more competitive pricing and always pairing a senior technician with a junior technician.

Did a septic pump, found and dug up our distribution box, hydro jetted our leach system for roots (which we think was the cause of the back up), covered the D box hole back up. Daniel was also upfront about the charge for services, and didn't charge us more when the work was done. He is very knowledgeable and was honest in answering our many questions. He didn't give us pat answers like some do to pacify. We took off one star due to not having an invoice for services available upon taking our money. They wrote us out a hand receipt until they could email us the paid in full invoice. All an all, they did a great job! They are one of the few companies in the Fort Wayne area with advanced equipment to do hydro jetting and have camera's to investigate the problem when necessary. We would definitely recommend them when your situation requires more than a septic pump.

Dakota was punctual, professional, and very thoughtful of the work required, and how to best go about it. The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and also impressed with Dakota's work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a similar renovation.
