So far the customer service was superb. Been to only two other Jared locations and realized each were consistent with each other in the positioning of their jewery so it was extremely easy to navigate through the gallery to find each item. My wife, daughter and fiancé huddled at the diamond ring area while I found refuge at a small alcove with two comfy chairs to escape the frenzy for a while. At the end of our visit, my family was intrigued by the quality and reasonable pricing of the diamond rings and bracelets. The two employees were alert and assisted without pressure.
