It was my first time seeing her and we set up an appt just to test the color and see if we could get the desired effect I was desiring. Riri at Salon by Riri completely changed that experience for me! Riri herself took her time and paid such close attention to making sure my natural hair texture and color blended perfectly with my extensions. If you're considering hair extensions and want them done RIGHT, this is the place to go! I can't recommend Riri enough!

When I arrived, Riri was working with another client and sent me to have my hair done by someone else. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a pretty high price, and my hair looked NOTHING like the inspiration photo I showed. When I reached out to Riri afterward to explain my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she told me that I shouldn't have allowed another hairstylist to do my hair and that I should have waited for her. This was extremely confusing, especially since I was sent to the other stylist by her. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disorganized. In my opinion, the salon is also extremely overhyped. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid. To make matters worse, my curls didn't even last the 35-minute drive home. I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.
