Yay! I received a holistic health guidance consultation from Adrienne. I really appreciated her ability to ask questions, listen, and reflect back to me the things in my life that could be encouraged back into balance. She has a way of making me feel better about myself each time I see her. Also, after trying for years, with many different modalities, I had noticeable effects on my chronic body injuries after just my first MFR session with Adrienne. I was pleasantly surprised at the gentleness and effectiveness, compared to other more rigorous (rolfing) methods of fascial release I have received. She was eager to educate and empower me, and I can tell she whole-heartedly believes in her own abilities as a healing guide. I am picky, as I am a healer myself. Thanks Adrienne! read more

Surving several years of lower back pain and other injuries from being a Pro MMA fighter and martial artist for over 30 yrs. I trying everything under the sun without any real relief. I was introduced to Adrienne after hearing great things about her. I immediately booked a session for the following week. I can not tell you enough of the experience I got from it. INCREDIBLE I then booked 2 more and I haven't had any back issues for the entire 2016. During that treatment Adrienne also focused on a lump on my left knee from an old MCL injury. After that 1 treatment the lump was gone and I felt no pressure, and feels like I never had the injury. She is amazing and definately worth the 1st visit. You'll want more.. read more

I have been to see Adrienne many times for myofascial release and massage, and have never left feeling less than amazed. Her practice is physical yet it feels spiritual; I have both a physical and psychological release of tension that is wonderful. I leave feeling taller, stronger, and somehow more connected to myself. I think myofascial release, in the hands of a good practitioner like Adrienne, is an amazing tool that we don't even completely understand ... fortunately, we don't have to understand something to benefit from it. I can't recommend her highly enough. read more

I highly recommend Adrienne! I brought my 14 year-old son to her several months ago. He was experiencing significant knee pain while recovering from an OCD lesion as a result of being injured by another classmate. Adrienne has such a great and calming personality. Having no knowledge or personal experience with myofascial release before, she did a great job working on my son and talking through what she was doing. Adrienne was able to alleviate my son's knee pain and he is now able to continue sports pain-free. read more

I am very happy with Adrienne Corna. I attended several of her myofascial release therapy sessions. She is very kind and patient. She clearly explains what she is doing and taught me a few tips to help myself at home. I wasn't sure if it would help my problem, but it definitely improved my issues. (Very tight muscles and scar tissue from surgery and radiation therapy near my knee.) I always felt like a new and improved person after an hour with Adrienne! read more

Adrienne has been studying MFR and body therapies for nearly a decade and continues to craft her skills through continued education online and in person. She has a natural skill for this work and it come through in results. I've always had issues with my left shoulder's rotator cuff. Every time Adrienne works on me, I feel releases and she gives me programs to do it home. I highly recommend MFR if you'd had chronic pain and don't know where to go. read more

I had never heard of MFR before Adrienne introduced it to me. She is so knowledgeable about it and I love how she has been able to answer my many questions about it. I specifically have issues with sinus pressure and headaches. Through Adrienne's guidance I've learned to apply MFR methodology at home by myself and have seen great relief from the practice. I am definitely a believer in the healing effects of MFR thanks to Adrienne! read more

I have been a runner since high school playing all sorts of sports up to today with soccer. After one game I was complaining to my wife about my knees and how braces really do nothing for me! I was referred to Adrienne and she worked on my lower body and found that my hips were out of sort and measured them up for me. Now my knees are much better, not perfect, but that is just from years of abuse. Thanks Adrienne! read more

I visited Adrienne while on vacation in Austin and she was fantastic. It was a thoroughly relaxing, professional and enjoyable experience and one that I look forward to repeating next time I'm in town. Following a very busy and draining couple of days traveling and visiting family, an hour or so with Adrienne totally de-stressed me and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my trip in comfort. Highly recommended! read more

Adrienne is an incredibly caring and professional practitioner. She introduced me to myofascial release, and it has made a huge difference in my chronic knee pain (the result of several past dislocations). She's also supportive in educating her clients on home care and self-release methods like MELT. If you have chronic pain and haven't ever tried MFR, I highly recommend giving it a shot. read more

Ms. Corna has a sixth sense for understanding how to help your condition . And she told me just how it might happen- for me it was about three days after treatment my knee was painless and elbow could straighten. I have also learned that therapy is ongoing. I am so grateful that this option prevents my body from being cut in surgery. read more

WOW! What an experience. I have never had such a great experience with any other health care provider. I had no idea how much I needed Ms. Corna's touch until after our session. My chronic shoulder and neck pain is gone. I will be making another appointment as soon as I can. Non invasive, painless, what can I say? Wonderful! read more

Adrienne is awesome!! Have had one MFR treatment to help with lower back pain...she was very good at explaining the science behind MFR, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Adrienne is kind and attentive to my needs. When I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain in the past, a few visits with her healed my cramped areas. She also taught me therapy I can do myself at home and that really has helped with other reoccurring issues. read more
