I popped in to check some properties out and started talking to the lady at one of the desks. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew Maldon and all the surrounding areas very well and was able to identify the exact type of house I was after. Unfortunately there was nothing that matched all of my criteria (I am very picky and fussy about where I live, I guess). The lady was a great professional and an awesome human being. When she realised she could not offer the property I was looking for she kindly recommended the estate agents across the road as they had more chances of having something closer to my fully checked list of criteria. You don't see this every day. My hat is off to this lady. Sadly I don't know her name but if you are in the market for a property purchase you need to start your search from her office. You will be well looked after!
