They sent a estimator/warehouse manager to conduct the measurements, by the name of Braedon Buchanan. After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. Poor way to do business.
