He generally takes the right time to examine and listen to me. He never in rush to examine the next patient. Also prescribed the right medication if needed. I am very happy that I did the right decision to replace the previous ones with Dr. Stam. If you are not happy with what you get, do not be lazy and move forward! The office is beautiful. But care that I received was wonderful. The podiatrist and I talked in great detail about the types of shoes that I was wearing in relation to the pain that I was experiencing and I found that it was very helpful. Her information and her recommendations were right on point. I would like to continue seeing this provider as well as my other one but I don't think that's appropriate. He assured me that he had the capability to make the orthopedic soles based on the requirements of my condition. At the end of my visit, I made a deposit of $200 as his staff told me it was required to proceed. Three and a half months went by until they reached out to tell me that I can come back to try on the orthopedics soles. When I tried them on, it was clear the soles did not fit me as needed for my condition as they did not have the necessary requirements we had agreed on. Dr. James and his staff were very rude, they told me I did not know what I was talking about, that those orthopedic soles were exactly what I needed. All my life I have used orthopedic soles due to my Poliomyelitis, and have some knowledge about the subject and what best fits me. The orthopedics soles that Dr. Green provided were not close to what I needed. Due to the unsatisfied experience, I asked Dr. Green if I could get my deposit back so I can go to a different doctor, he again in a rude manner responded that was not possible, and stated that the only way to fix this was to send the orthopedics soles back so they can make new ones. On 9/27/2021, I was notified once again that the new orthopedic soles had arrived. I went back to Dr. Green's office, only to find that they did not make any changes to the orthopedic soles, they were the exact same as the previous ones. To make things worst this one did not have the arch support. After I complained that this was really frustrated because of the time that had gone by, Dr. Green responded to me in a very rude manner and proceeded to walk away making a gesture like he was done with me, then he came back to tell me that I owed him another $200 for the new orthopedic soles. I sincerely do not recommend Dr. Green. He is rude and unprofessional; he was unable to help me in any way and only continued to take my money.

Note I tried a walk in clinic of CVS and it was a waste of time and money. Dr. took samples off my foot and gave me a prescription. I can't believe at my age I have athletes foot. In high school I ran track and no athletes foot than. But makes sense it breeds in hot warm moist areas. Dry my feet better after showering as well as I had on rubber boots and put them on bare foot and wore them all day. Dr. recommends spraying them with Lysol to kill germs.
