I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

In my 20+ years of hiring cleaning services, minor mishaps can happen anywhere, and I never judged the company based on that. The team members who came to our home always did their best, and I give them full credit for that. Unfortunately, things began to change when I started communicating directly with Diana, the owner, regarding pricing questions. Instead of having a calm and transparent conversation, the tone quickly became defensive and elevated. I even had to pause conversations more than once to ask her not to yell and to remind her that I was not calling to argue -- I simply had questions. For context, I have been in customer service for 20 years. I would never speak to a client the way I was spoken to. Professional communication matters, especially when you own a business. Even after those uncomfortable conversations, I chose to extend grace and give the company another opportunity. The final straw was the day of a scheduled appointment. My husband and I were waiting to leave our home until the cleaners arrived. When she was late, I called to ask for an ETA, only to be told there had been call-outs and no one would be coming. While I understand emergencies happen, there was no proactive communication, and the interaction again felt dismissive. At that point, I decided I would no longer continue services. I am giving two stars strictly because the staff who cleaned our home were wonderful and deserving of recognition. However, professionalism and respectful communication from ownership are equally important. In today's economy, I am very intentional about where I spend my money, and I cannot continue supporting a business where I feel disrespected. I genuinely hope improvements are made in how clients are spoken to. Clear communication and customer care go a long way in sustaining a business. After 1.5 hours I still decided to have her clean since we were having painting done. I'm not sure if I heard more phone ringing or cleaning done. Another red flag and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The home was empty by the way, no obstructions that could hinder a flawless finish. At this point I was appalled that more than several areas were unclean at final check. I understand sometimes very minor things can be missed however Susana assured me that she wiped down everything inside and out. Now seeing other reviews stating similar experiences. It is disappointing as I am also a service professional and I value when an appointment is set. Unfortunately photos do not lie and I will be continuing my business elsewhere. If honest work was done, I do believe in paying a fair fee. She kept me updated and arrived with enough time left for the four hours I felt the job needed. Not a moment of those four hours was wasted as LaTisha dove into the job immediately after a short discussion about what I expected. It was a busy day for me too and, because I work from home, it wasn't long before I was wrapped up with my own tasks. LaTisha went about her work as though we'd had a regular routine and adapted to the unfamiliar environment with the ability expected of a true professional. I barely noticed as she went about my home, dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping every square foot as though it were her own. And the proof was in the spectacular results. The place was literally sparkling and, after she left, I marveled at her attention to detail and was delighted by the little flourishes she'd added, the kind one sees in better hotels. In the few moments when my input was required, LaTisha was attentive, cheerful, friendly and productive. I have no doubt I will be calling again and looking to set up my own time slot. But don't count on me cancelling...
