I was looking at a property outside Tellico Plains (Reliant Rd). Jimmy came out, free of charge and no obligation, to look at property for a driveway, RV pad and turnaround. Driveway from roadway had to cross small creek.
He was very knowledgeable about erosion control, and made suggestions as to how wide an entrance should be to get an RV to turn in across bridge, slope of property and how to remove dirt and use it to stabilize ground and how wide a turn around would be needed for truck and trailer.
In the end did not buy the property. But Jimmy's expertise and experience was clearly evident, and he's an all around good guy. read more
