We got a discount on the crystal package so we had the raw footage add on. The raw footage drive wasn't the most user friendly. However, the team was quick to get back to us on the best way about viewing the raw footage. This team was super communicative and got exactly the vibe we were hoping to capture. They send the photos (if you do the package) via a link you can send to your family and friends :) Then once the video is edited and ready you get those as well and boy, they're worth the wait! From the team meetings to the actual wedding day, they were extremely professional and efficient. Glad we didn't choose any other team than Bespoke

From the very first communication, Michael was incredibly responsive and detailed, making the planning process seamless. On the day of the wedding, Michael and Maria exceeded all expectations. They were patient, kind, and made everyone feel at ease, which is so important on a big day filled with so many emotions. Their calm, positive energy truly added to the overall atmosphere of the day, and it felt like they were just as invested in making it special as we were. Though we haven't received the final photos and video yet, I'm confident they will be as amazing as the experience we had with them. Highly recommend Bespoke Films!

They worked so well with my photographer and her team that you would've thought they were all one team. We got the trailer and I had them pick the music for the video and it turned out SO beautiful. They captured so much good footage and encapsulated the entire wedding SO SO well in only a few minutes that I don't feel that I'm missing out on a full video at all (though I'm sure they're amazing at those, too!) I highly, HIGHLY recommend Michael and his team at MP Wedding Films to anyone needing a great quality video for their wedding!

But less than two weeks before the big day, I had a change of heart. Thankfully, our saint of a planner found us Michael. We had our first meeting just days before the wedding, and right away, Michael understood the exact vibe we were going for. On the morning of the wedding, he arrived with his assistant and instantly brought a sense of calm and confidence. It was reassuring to that see how seamlessly he worked alongside our photographer. To be honest, the wedding day was a total blur. But when my husband called to let me know, "our video is ready," we sat down together to watch it and I was in tears. Michael didn't just capture footage; he captured the emotions, the energy, and all the in-between moments that made it one of the happiest days of my life. Thank you, Michael, for documenting our day so beautifully and so meticulously. We'll cherish this video forever. I wholeheartedly recommend him to any couple looking for a videographer, you will not regret it.

They went ahead of our scheduled photoshoot time to the location and scouted areas to capture amazing shots. They communicated with each other and with us so well and made the shoot so smooth and taking pictures more "natural" vs. awkward/posed. Photos were received within 3 weeks, which was amazing - especially during the holiday season. The photos came out gorgeous and we are very thankful and lucky to have One Moment team capture us before our baby arrived. I highly recommend Chase & his team to capture any of your special "moments".

We wanted to do a hybrid wedding - with a small gathering in-person due to COVID-19 precautions, but also with a Zoom element... super important since we'd have over 200 guests joining virtually! Thanks to them, we pulled it off, and our guests got to tune in virtually AND in-person, and we got so many compliments from folks about how well it was all executed and crafted to be engaging and interactive for even the Zoom folks! Not only that, Andy and David were accommodating to our specific ideas and requests - while chiming in with their own thoughts and suggestions, too! Anyway, I was planning a graduation party after I graduated with my masters in anesthesia. It was a fake "graduation party" but really an engagement party. I had it at the art museum in riverside and used the graduation party as a front to propose to my now fiancé. I hired godfather films to do the recording at the event. Initial meetings went well with the head of the company (I forgot his name, I think John). I explained what I wanted and had good input from them and thought everything was set. I met with the person actually filming that night and again went over the plan. The night was amazing, had a great time. When it was time to receive the footage, we were given DVDs with the WORST coverage I have ever seen. It was like my little sister was filming with a GoPro. The camera was constantly blocked by people, their elbows, their backs. The zoom was used in the wrong places so we were seeing people's nostrils. I can't express how terrible this was. And it was raw footage that didn't even cover the whole time. We were told were getting a video as well as raw footage. When we confronted the owner about this, he refused to fix it or give us any money back. Aside from the DVD, the footage was horrible. My friend edits videos and he asked me to ask the company for hard copies so he could put a DVD video for us to recap the night. We asked and we were sent VHS mini tape copies. My friend looked at me and said no one uses these anymore, they are extinct. In an effort to receive DVD copies, it became a hassle. Once we did get the DVD copies, we didn't even get all of the footage promised to us. How frustrating. Needless to say, my friend took that piece of garbage we received and was able to edit it into a very special video for us, even with the poor footage and terrible quality. i will NEVER EVER EVER use them again, and in fact I complain to everyone I know about them. The owner is very removed from the practice, as well as very unfair. They provided a service which was not promised and extremely subpar, and refused to help rectify the situation at all. If you are looking for good quality and service, this is not the place. Naz Tomassian
