The problem arose after we left - I was driving through Charlotte, trying to get to the airport. Someone from the studio called my cell phone saying that the tattoo artist who checked us out had made a mistake and had charged us for the tattoos but had not added the tip as I requested. I explained that I was driving in heavy traffic in an area I was unfamiliar with and I would call them back. Multiple phone calls/voicemails/emails and a letter (!!!!) later, they're threatening to take me to court .... for the TIP - that they made the mistake in not charging to my Visa card. I had every intention of calling them back to authorize an additional transaction to cover a tip but their uber-aggressive approach to the problem (which they totally created) has me in the "fine - you want to go to court? File in Minnesota where I live and let's talk to a judge about you adding interest onto a TIP -- and demanding that I pay you a tip at all. (Never threaten an attorney with legal action because you screwed up a transaction and didn't get your tip.)

I would never get a new person (aka) apprentice to put anything in my skin ! She posted it on Facebook and the comments were pretty bad so she talked to the owner, who apparently bullied her into taking it down ! If they don't want bad reviews they should get better people ! I went to cherry bomb when Eddie was there but never saw anyone else I wanted to tattoo me. So if you can't take criticism that was warranted , either do better or close the doors ! If you had told me to take it down, I would have doubled down, guess you want to keep that 4 star review you've got, that's not the way to do it ! if anyone ever asks me about this shop, I'm going to tell them the truth and tell them to go someplace else ! Shame on the owner for his response to a complaint ! So now you want to come at me for a bad review, do you try to bully everyone who gives you a bad review or just the women ?! And I'll tell you this my son has a shop and is better than anything you have in your whole store. Like I said it looked like shit and when you tell someone it's gonna be $50 then stick to it. I will definitely not recommend this place ever and if you're the owner you're a sad piece of work !
