I went to uxbridge branch. I spent £90 on massage, pedicure, facial and threading The massage facial was good. The pedicure was average and the Nails not shaped very well. The threading was AWFUL. I have been 3 times here. The first lady was so painful on the eyebrows. She missed hairs ( very obvious too) so I went again and the lady I saw was different but much better. The third time I went was a better experience by the same massage lady who did my eyebrows well. The next day i had my chin abd upper lio done by an older lady. She was so painful . And once again hairs missed on my chin ( the easiest part on face to do) I'm an experienced beauty addict with high expectations. Not impressed and have made a written complaint to the store. 5/5/13 I had a prompt email response from the director who seemed genuinely concerned and said she would look into the matter strongly and also gave two free rreatmenrscas a good will gesture hence I will return asking for an experienced member of the team. 2 ladies were good and two weren't so good so I think there is hope as long as you ask at the desk :) read more

Excellent!!! Extremely HAPPY Had a very nice treatments in Adorn Beauty. Very luxurious salon with very friendly and professional staff even though some of the girls were Asian and English was not their first language but must say had a very experience hand and heart too. I have been to so many salon before but I think this is the salon that I would love to say its BEST SALON EVER that made me write something about it. The treatments are very professional, all up to the standard, very neat and clean salon and I can't go wrong saying this because I am very fussy lady with cleaning and hygiene. I will say you must visit and try treatments at Adorn Beauty!!! You will love it !!! Lastly forgotten to mention Treatment I had was Dermalogica Facial, eyebrows Threading, Manicure and Pedicure with Shellac a little luxury package to treat my self!!!!!! I went here for a wax, and i was very disapointed, the service was unfriendly and cold, the beautician was blunt and a little rude even, the room was bland with piping on the ceiling and mould on the windows, and when the beautician had finished she left the door open while I was still undressed. Also the wax was too hot, and she did not wax my legs properly as I am still left with patches of hair and short stubble on my legs, and for the money they are charging I am extremely dissatisfied. I am not happy with the service provided here and would advise others strongly not to go there, especially for a wax. read more

Worst beauty salon I've ever been! Normally I do not write reviews but this salon is a disaster! First a=of all I had my eyebrows treated, it was ok..but she didn't do it very clean and tidy.. After that I had a manicure. It was the first time ever I had painful manicure She was cutting my cuticles so aggressivelyIt really hurt. Besides that she soaked my hands in to a cold watter! I thought it was supposed to be warm? huh?! the only nice part was scrub. It felt really nice, and my hands became really soft after that.. My eyebrows were looking really bad. Sarita tinted them and shaped them and now I look like a different person! As well as the facial she provided the same day for my problem skin! I came out looking better and the next day my skin had improved 20% by using the skin products she recommended. I have been looking for services of this type. I went for a last minute treatment before my holiday and purchased a Shellac Manicure and normal pedicure. My therapist was really lovely and chatty during my manicure and i was able to relax during my pedicure. My shellac polish lasted 2 weeks which was just incredible.
