I specifically asked if he could get rid of the snapping sound when you opened the door. After the install, I asked if the snapping was gone. Terry said it was good. I should have checked it myself. It is still there. It sounds like the door is going to shatter every time I open the door. My husband has called, left messages, and emailed, but no one will answer. This is a terrible way to run a business.

I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. They also do lots of paper printing- whether it is business cards, fliers, brochures, banners for advertising your business, window decals for anything, advertising on vehicles, making removable decals for a bedroom, stickers for anything, photo printing... it's amazing. We ended up having to pay extra because our dimensions were "off" based on the file sizes. Turns out, they weren't off, a deeper dive into one of the files would have/should have cleared this up. The technician was pleasant and made the graphics work best he could. The ladies I talked to made me feel like it was all my fault, which I didn't appreciate. The designer took some blame too but that doesn't really get us anywhere. In the end we payed thousands for something that didn't turn out the way we hoped. I personally wouldn't recommend them based on my experience but I'm sure they've done great work with other customers.
