The photographer is a gruff guy who doesn't seem to care. The photography session was slow. It took a long time to even get in to review the photos. And the photos themselves are nothing special. Since they're just family photos, I don't care too much. But I wouldn't recommend them for regular photos since they're so expensive. And I wouldn't recommend them for weddings based on their portfolio.

After our first meeting, she sent flowers to my house to say thank you for choosing her which absolutely astonished me... I felt that it was such a kind thing for a photographer to have done. Over the year of planning my wedding Shalene became so much more than a photographer, and instead became my friend. She answers messages incredibly fast, is very knowledgeable and helped me with choosing an engagement outfit according to what would photograph the best. When we arranged to have our engagement pictures taken, we had to change the photo location last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and she was so understanding and accommodated the change without judgement. The turnaround time for my engagement session was lightning fast, and the packaging and the USB was absolutely gorgeous. You can tell she puts so much thought and detail into her photographs as well as her brand. For my wedding day she stuck around from start until finish. She worked quietly in the background, photographing the smallest details, and capturing special moments. When my florist messed up on my bouquet, and my ride was redirected last minute, Shalene drove me and my friend to my wedding venue, which just shocked me at how above and beyond she was willing to go for me. Throughout the wedding, I hardly noticed she was there. She was very unobtrusive and let me have intimate moments with my husband and family, and then would pull me away when the moment was right to get some stunning photographs. She took my feedback from the engagement session and translated that perfectly on the wedding day to deliver the shots I was looking for. When all is said and done, I cannot recommend Shalene enough. If you hire her, there is literally no way you could ever be disappointed. During the afternoon while we were getting ready, Jen encouraged conversation with one of my friends about negative experiences with other wedding vendors. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional, especially during what should have been a positive and focused part of our wedding day. A few months after the wedding, I had sent the first and only message with concerns and recieved a sizeable email from Jen that we felt lacked accountability and any sort of remorse. We have received and downloaded our gallery, but there are many photos that aren't usable and moments that can't be redone. We would like to acknowledge like Jen's parter Nick was professional and respectful. We have no issues with how he conducted himself. Based on our experience, we do not recommend booking Pulse Pro Inc without very clear expectations around professionalism and respectful communication.

Having wonderful photos was a top priority for me, and after booking the church and reception venue, our photographer was next on my list. Curtis' photos are exceptional, and I am so happy he was a part of our wedding.
