Months had already passed by and I had not heard anything from U.S. Immigration regarding my husband's case. He was living in Mexico and I was here and we had been told the case would process in less than a year. Now I'm out $12,000 because he filed the wrong way and refuses to correct them. He either won't respond to emails or give nothing but excuses.
