3.22.24 We had a new garage and opener installed today…read more The new door is not all that different than the old one (style wise) except this one is insulated and the panels are a little different. (And not bent) I have to say these guys were very professional. First Bobby arrived early! I have Never had a contractor show up early before! Then Zach arrived and these 2 guys worked so well together. Also, they cleaned up as they went and brought their own broom, dustpan etc... They took the old door and all the trash with them. The new garage door is so quiet. The best part was I used a coupon from YELP for 1st time customers only for 10% off! That was a huge savings!!!!!! Thanks Yelp. We paid online and one thing I have never encountered was it asked for a tip. Not sure if this is standard practice for garage door installers. Overall, the service, value, professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them!

Tech causes hundreds of dollars worth of damages and the refund reflects the excuse of the company's ability to skirt responsibility. ---- Don't be fooled by the Appleology - this company left us with security risk due damaged equipment. Their "break and replace" approach exploits and places people who are unaware of these techniques feel obligated to pay for what's advised. Reputation is not based on reviews, it is based on how issues are resolved. Dishonesty and exploitation is not a good business practice. ----- We now have to update this review as this company is dishonest. The garage opener was still notifying us into the time the tech was removing the opener from the ceiling to extend the brackets due to Adam's recommendation. After the tech reinstalled and powered up, the opener immediately began to fail. The tech broke the sync button and damage the WiFi board so bad, the support to the board was cracked. Anyone reading review, find a different company. They are no longer reputable. Clarification - refund did NOT cover the cost of damages the tech caused. Repair work failed after a few months. Permanent damage to existing equipment. Don't use the tech Bobby, if possible, unless there is a secondary tech leading. Unfortunately, the overall experience was expensive as the damage cannot be covered.

(the expected labor cost should be between $150 to -$350) The Liftmaster 6580L he charged $1,440 (Amazon $486.68 plus a new rail. Expect to pay between $650 and $900 total..Professional labor $200 to $400. Turnkey installation $650 to $800 is standard. The 8' rail is listed at $115 to $130. THE TOTAL CHARGE FOR THE NEW OPERATOR WAS $1,440 (can you say RIPOFF and totally OVER CHARGED) My total bill for 1 opener and two sets of springs plus $375 to service all three garage doors was $3,305. I have called the company 4 times to discuss the bill. I HAVE LEFT WOOD FOR DON TO CALL ME 3 times - said he was on the road and would call me. I thought I was dealing with Fix N Go but when I made out the check it was to Garage Door Repair Service so I guess they farm it out without my knowledge and the other company can charge what ever they want or can get away with. He only charged their very reasonable service call charge. He wasn't trying to sell me on anything new. And he took the time to teach me how to take care of the door to alleviate future problems.
