I asked the customer service person if they could give me a day they would be here. She was very friendly and explained she could not since they were so busy but that I was on the call ahead list. (I wanted to make sure I was home so I could ask questions about setting up the controller) I called again the next day to inquire again if they had a rough idea when they would be here. Again she said she could not but they had me as call ahead......see where this is going? Sure enough 9:30 ish Monday morning here comes Juan pulling up in front of my house. No phone call, email, text or anything. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job (price was fair, I thought) but this area needs to be worked on. It kept them shy of 5 star rating. They didn't even do a final walk through in the end to make sure everything is installed correctly, but keep trying to increase the final payments.
