Didn't hear from her for weeks. I became concerned and sent an email asking for an update, she told me that she sent an email 2 weeks ago, but would resend it-never came. A couple of days later, I left messages that she needed to call me. She said she just finished it and would send a link now-she sent someone else's webpage. I told her that I didn't understand why she was doing this, and asked if she was scamming me. She did send my deposit back, and she still wanted the job. I went against my better judgement and said okay, she told me she would have it in a week-I haven't heard from her again. I am glad that she refunded my deposit. I really don't know what happened or what is happening. Very disappointed as I have to start my search all over and I am weeks behind in my schedule.

Turns out she never submitted our payment so we received a penalty notification from the IRS. Thankfully, we fixed that after calling her 10000x. Months later, we receive another mail from a state government (one that I traveled to for work) saying that we owed a specific amount and had penalty charges. After trying to call Natasha another 10000x and speaking with her incompetent admins, we ended up calling the state government directly to sort it out (and yes....it ended up being Natasha placing the wrong amount for one of the line items) Another note, by the time we finally reached her (after using a new number and name so that she'd actually call us back), she said she made no mistakes, would talk to the state government, and call us back......We still haven't heard from her. I have NO IDEA why this place has high ratings, but please save yourself from extra stress and avoid this place. They're absolutely unprofessional and do not care about their customers.
