It was with a local, Santa Rosa paint shop that will not qualify for a good rating from me. They used to be a MACO and, in fact, still are! I wanted good service and advice on protecting my investment. I dropped in to see Keith and couldn't be more impressed. I really wanted to have his Ceramic Coating Finish but that is out of the range of my finances. But I had his other services and in that process, he taught me how to save money by investing in my own Foam Cannon truck wash system. He is knowledgeable, has a great staff and his shop is top-notch. I highly recommend Pristine Auto Detail.

When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

Bought my daughter an interior detailing plus exterior wash and wax for her 11 year old Subaru Crosstrek which she wants to keep until it starts to give her trouble which it has not. She's had the car since new and while I've detailed and wash/waxed it before I wanted to see how a pro would do it. Well, they have the tools and knowledge to do a "the car looks almost as good as new" job. Terrell and his assistant were prompt, cordial, efficient and easy to work with. Three hours for the job and while certainly not inexpensive, it is the going rate for this kind of work so you can't begrudge that. My daughter's husband is noodling having his car done. Only thin they could not completely remove was some tree sap.

What I experienced here was not just poor service, it was repeated negligence, excuses, and actual damage to my vehicle. I scheduled a full interior detail after an emergency situation involving a sick passenger. Before my appointment, I cleaned the majority of the affected area myself to make the job easier. When I arrived, I was assured they would take care of the interior and fully address the remaining issue for an additional charge, which I agreed to. After three hours, I returned to what can only be described as a completely untouched vehicle. The interior looked nearly identical to when I dropped it off. When I raised concerns, instead of accountability, I was blamed for "making them stay late" and for supposedly scheduling last minute, despite booking hours in advance and picking up my car two hours before closing. I gave them another opportunity to correct their mistake. The second visit resulted in minimal improvement, and new problems. My cup holder was damaged. Wiring inside my vehicle had been disturbed. When confronted, I was told they "ran out of time" - even though my car had been dropped off at opening (10:00 AM). Against my better judgment, I returned a third time. They kept my vehicle for two full days. While it was returned in better condition than before, it was still far from professionally detailed. Large areas were clearly ignored: under the seats, sections of the dashboard, parts of the seats, and the steering wheel. The job was incomplete and careless. Three visits. Multiple excuses. Physical damage to my vehicle. And a final result that did not reflect the service promised or paid for. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this business under any circumstance. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!!!!!!

It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Now, you're upset that a customer left a review? Get a clue. Perhaps, you shouldn't ask customers for a review . . and then whine about the review!

I found their website and the deals offered on the website are what convinced me to get my car washed at Santa Rosa ProWash. The manager's special online caught my eye but when I got to the car wash, they said that they didn't offer that anymore (same thing they said to me years ago). It seems that bait and switch is their general MO I ended up getting a full service car wash because I wanted them to clean both the interior and exterior. Surprisingly they did a great job on the interior but the exterior could use another wash already! I didn't have the time or the patience to ask them to run it through again, so I just let it be. My car exterior is mostly clean... I tipped the fellow who cleaned my interior, and that was it.
