Dr. Gaylen has cared for my babies since they were 24 hrs old, seen me throughout multiple pregnancies, and treated my husband through injuries, and overall just kept us well. I could say several things about this place that are wrong but people all have different experiences. I have been doing chiro care for years and this was one of the more dishonest ones I have found. Make sure you ask questsions and get answers for them ahead of time. You should not have to pay ahead for a service that you have not received to get a good price. The cash price here is extremely high and the appts are short. He doesn't do any extra ways of treatment that many chiros do for the price. read more

Dr Gaylen is a life saver! I managed to hurt my back so bad earlier this month I could barely move. Walking was nearly impossible, sleeping even worse and standing straight up from a seated position was a no go. My house was in shambles because the pain was so debilitating. I have no insurance and was so stressed over the entire situation because I was overwhelmed even thinking about how much it may cost. My friend had recommended his office to me numerous times and after 12 full miserable days of excruciating pain I gave in and called. I was instantly kicking myself for not calling sooner. I not only was told I could come in the same day, I was also advised that the first consultation was free for being referred (a $150 cost normally) which included a scan to see my nerves and muscles to better help the dr help me, as well as a tour of the office. Dr Gaylen came in to introduce himself and explain in detail what he does different from other chiropractors. By the end of my visit he did a small adjustment to relieve the worst pain area and within minutes had me walking straight up with no shooting pain. I scheduled a follow up for the next day and he had my xrays ( I paid out of pocket for those but still great pricing) and a care plan ready for me to get me back to my healthy and pain free self. The office itself is very nice, clean, coffee and snacks available as well as items for purchase. I will say it's a Christian based office so if something like that bothers you then you may go elsewhere. For me it's an added bonus and I felt not just Dr Gaylen, but the entire office staff really does have the best interest of the patients at heart. Best chiropractor ever. I've tried others in the past and haven't had results like this. It is worth every penny. I came here specifically because I had back pain that was excruciating and I just knew I needed an adjustment to help, as nothing else was working. What I got was so much more! It's been life changing. Dr. Gaylen has fixed some issues I didn't even think were possible to be resolved. The key is the find a chiropractor who focuses not just on "bones" or cracking your back, but the nervous system as a whole, which Dr. Gaylen does. The emphasis they place on the nervous system is CRUCIAL, as everything is related and everything has a root cause. I've never had a chiropractor take x-rays prior to being adjusted or being seen as a new patient, and again, I think this is SO IMPORTANT. How can you have someone work on you if they don't know what they're looking at?! Sure, they could feel around, but it's not the same. I LOVE that Dr. Gaylen sat down and went over my x-rays with me and showed me specifically where my issues lie and went over how he would fix them. He also sat down with me and discussed my health history and symptoms and really went in depth so that he could truly cater my care to me, not just some cookie cutter back cracking revolving door service. He really is the best. He is so so kind and just an overall pleasant person and you can tell he really loves what he does and he really cares about his patients. He makes you feel like family. As a matter of fact, the whole office does! You won't find anyone who treats you better from start to finish. I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct and chose this office for my chiropractic care because I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The vibes are just right. They are a faith based office; they have a prayer wall and play worship music BUT they are never pushy about that. Also, I love that I don't have to pay thousands or join some "membership" or be locked into some commitment with this office. They don't do that at all, which tells me they genuinely care about their patients and not just making money. They make it super easy to come in and out; they have an app you can use to check in or a card they issue you, so it makes it so convenient. They also have coffee, water, popcorn and a kids room. My wife and I went to this chiropractic doctor. He is always asking, let me know if you need anything, He charged her $50 for a quick modification of her wrist. . Be careful on how many visits your insurance company allows. We both went over this number and were not informed until my bill was $140. Told P. that United Health would extend the visits if they sent in supporting data. They never did. The wrote they would wait until Jan 29th, to do a point of sale on the remaining balance. I came here after getting some info at a Peoria Fire Awareness event in Peoria, AZ. After 2 wasted visits and $120 down the drain they hit me with a treatment plan over 4k. They didn't want to submit the claim to my insurance because they were out of network which is completely unacceptable. When I asked if it would be submitted Paula told me no because they won't get paid. They don't offer an option to pay by each appt, she wanted to set up a full payment of 4k or $175 a month without a guarantee we'd be able to make every appt. I felt like my husband and I were scammed into thinking this place could really provide great treatment. read more
