Fast forward to today (8/22), I made sure to check when they were open/closed and decided to drive up at about 2:00 to get to the store. It took an hour to get there and when I did there was a sign in the door that said "be back at 4:00". I am FURIOUS. I drove all this way for nothing and I am not waiting around for an hour for the employees to come back. I have to prepare for my week. Lunches/breaks should be staggered. You should be open and available during the times you list on your website and in the store. Completely unprofessional.

This store has alot of merchandise for women, men and children. Lots of inventory too. I did not have a problem finding sizes. I ended up finding 4 sweaters, a floral sweatshirt and a basic hoodie. They have a clearance section but I did not go through any of it. I should have because my daughter found some good things for herself and my grandsons. Those summer slidies actually came from this location with me remembering decent customer service on that purchase. Total opposite experience today. I was greeted upon entering and that's about it. I'm 6 feet tall; some of the shoes were close to 9 feet in the air. No offer to use the stick thingy to help. 15 minutes later basically remaking a scene from White Men Can't Jump and I found my size. I then asked a staffer if he could remove the lenses from one style of frames. Here is my direction here...The wife has recently turned several pairs of sunglasses into AWESOME looking prescription frames. I got a big "Um, no" when I asked a guy to remove the dark lenses. I was ready to spend some serious dollars on multiple frames. Mrs. Rooster has been buying Prada frames which equals $$$; plus an additional $260 per frame to get her prescription into said frames. I was looking to convert some Gas Cans, possibly some Hollbrooks, and maybe some Crosshairs. After getting shot down on my simple request, I went to pay for my slides. That will be $60ish dollars. Umm, they are $30 according to the price tag. Strange cashier states that's each pair is $30. You mean $30 each left and right? Bullsnot! Then, I realized another pair of slides was to the left of my pair on the counter size 8. Yeah, not mine. One of the most AWKWARD retail experiences I've ever encountered. I would have spent more than your district manager's bi-weekly paycheck if there would have been some cooperation!

They had exactly the apparel I needed (blazer, slacks, belt) in exactly the sizes and colors I needed--no alterations. I didn't have to chase all over the outlet mall, nor did I have to visit another location or order online. It was all there--one stop shopping. Their staff was most willing to help with selection and advice, although the emphasis of the store appears to be on self-service, since there has been only one staff member on duty at the two times I visited this past week.
