Went to this Walmart location last week to pickup my orders. Finding the pickup location was very easy. After I notified the store that I was waiting for my order, a Walmart associate brought my groceries out to my car in 2 minutes and loaded them into my trunk. Then she informed me that there was a goodie bag for me along with my groceries which I found very thoughtful and sweet of them. Usually you need to sign on their devices after you receive your order, but now due to the pandemic it's no longer required...so it's basically a touch-free shopping ^_^ However, the only

As with anything that changes in life, haircuts, new procedures, meeting new people, there will be an adjustment. Didn't take me that long to accept the new changes. I've been to the zoo, I mean Super Store, and shopping here is so much more of a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff is engaging and say "thank you" and "have a great day". I feel my patronage is appreciated at the neighborhood Walmart. The bathroom, the men's anyway, is remodeled and much nicer. The layout of the products is changed but I eventually figured it out. We can always find things we don't like but in the scale of Pro/Con, this place is clean, the staff smiles and they are constantly restocking the shelves so we don't have that out of stock experience. Well done!

We are not paid to do that or trained on store policies. We're paying customers. The store associate checked all my items and let me complete my purchase only to be stopped by the door woman with a power trip demanding my receipt then telling me I needed to go into their security office. I missed one $2 item because there was no barcode so I scanned the same item multiple times. I didn't try to walk out with a tv it was a 2$ cheap shirt probably made in a sweatshop that both the store associate and I missed because there were no tags. she then asked for my personal info and I.D. which I should not have to provide. Im sure the billionaire CEO's of Walmart thank you for your petty service to detain someone over a $2 shirt that you failed to tag properly. we will never step foot in a Walmart again. hated that store to begin with. hate it even more now. you did me a favor heroic door woman. enjoy your ridiculously low wages stopping petty mistakes.

Usually I can find the box fans at Walmart fairly easily, but I had to end up asking an employee for help. This Walmart is very unorganized. I needed some Advil which I found pretty easily. If you can't find the Advil at a Walmart there's a serious problem. I looked where the ice packs were, assuming that the ice packs I needed were gonna be in the same place. But, they weren't for whatever reason. I asked a stocker for help finding the ice packs, and she didn't know where it was. She doesn't know where her products are and she's one of the stockers. Geez. I ended up finding the ice packs after about 5 laps around the store, and they ended up being with the golf balls. Now how does instant freeze ice packs have to do with golf balls? Beats me. I ended up finding everything I needed, which is what matters. An average experience at Walmart, which is a problem.

In this way, Smith's did not disappoint, as I am currently licking nacho cheese dust off of my fingers. My main beef ... well ... is partially with the beef. Specifically, the hot dogs. You think you'd find them along the back wall with the other meats, but nay, they are in some random aisle. I also don't like the fact that you can't have multiple stores running on your app at the same time, so I had to "change stores" on my phone before I could find their bevy of illogically placed items. And guys, lets move some of the merch INSIDE the store. I had to bob-and-weave my way down the sidewalk past big, unopened boxes, and more deck chairs than were on the Titanic. Still, the place has that good mix of quality products at lower prices ... as all Smith's do. Even my Paqui's chips were on sale.

Now I'm livid. 2 hours of time spent getting nowhere!!!! I could have shopped at three different stores in person in that amount of time!!! I can only blame myself for picking Smiths as a business and thinking they would deliver on their value and service. I will not make that mistake again! I'd rather pay $2 extra for everything by going to Harmons where their apps and service do work than losing my mind trying to shop at smiths. I really hate Smiths right now!
