It's difficult for me to do intensive exercises in heated ( like hot yoga level of heat) so I take sculpt or other classes that have less heat or they're just at comfortable temperatures ... today the 9 AM sculpt class was heated to the point of hot yoga and I came out half an hour early because I could not breath! I tried to provide a feedback to an instructor outside and she kept repeating that all their classes are heated ( basically same level). I tired to tell her I understand the difference between hot yoga heat and the heat in the other classes but she pretty much repeated herself and refused to accept my feedback! Called the customer service who again repeated the same thing !! Yet all I needed was we will pass on your concern that's it. I will not be taking classes with this instructor anymore of course! Horrible costumer service overall and they ruined my Sunday morning !

Georgina is awesome, super supportive and also realistic about what it's like to be pregnant or a mom. She's a great instructor who really knows her stuff. She creates a great environment and it was a great place to get a healthy workout and meet some other moms and moms to be! Logistically easy too. Location is also great. Free parking in the lot under the building. Easy to reach and lots of options for class times.

I absolutely love how Georgina runs her prenatal yoga classes. Her flows and poses feel safe and supportive for our growing bodies and babies, but they aren't overly easy and still feel challenging. She encourages you to modify depending on how you feel and I always leave class feeling strong and empowered - exactly what I want and need as I prepare for this birth. The Aqua Mamas classes are just heavenly. They take place in a heated pool in an oasis that is her back yard. We use pool "weights", bands, and noodles during class. Similar to her yoga classes there is room for you to modify and get a good workout or take it easy and just enjoy stretching and being buoyant in the water. Class sizes are intimate and on the smaller side. It's a treasure to be surrounded by other pregnant women sharing stories, milestones, or just our latest aches and pains! I'm in my 39th week now - still taking yoga at Two Hearts and still feeling great. I attribute that to moving, stretching, and feeding off of the strong feminine energy that permeates her classes.

The staff are super kind and the instructors lead by example. I signed up for the Strength class and chose to focus on abs and legs. The instructor had a fantastic playlist that kept me motivated and singing along in my head lol. The phrase, "how slow can you go" is still in my head. I love how the class was structured around focusing on low impact exercises with challenging weights. I entered the class feeling tired and left feeling very refreshed and motivated. I love how they have an assortment of lockers and cubbies, and even showers with soaps! I loved my time there and was cheesing so hard after, I'll definitely be back! Fun Fact: The further towards the back of the room you go, the hotter it gets. The rubber floor texture was also interesting! There's 2 hr free parking with validation in their nearby parking structure.

I took my first Yoga Sculpt class at Hot 8 Yoga this morning 6:30am with Haley. There's a few pros…read moreand cons to this specific location. To start off, parking isn't really the best. Luckily, as early as it was, I was able to get a free metered parking spot on the street before they turned on. (8am-8pm) Coming from street parking rather than the parking garage, I walked to the entrance facing the street. The front doors had a sign that pointed to the left towards a separate double door to use those doors instead. I still tried to open the first doors because i'm thinking they just opened so maybe they just haven't moved the signs yet. The lady at the desk points to the sign and signals to use the other doors. Those second double doors had a sign that said they would not be unlocked until 8am which it was barely 6:15 am... So now i'm getting a bit frustrated and decided to call and ask where I should enter through. The lady on the phone specifies that there's a door by the parking garage in the plaza area that I should use. I walk towards the parking garage to find exactly where she was talking about. It wasn't the worst case scenario but I believe as a first timer to this location, this situation was very confusing and frustrating! The class itself wasn't that bad, the instructor was amazing and overall had good energy. The room was a bit too hot for a human body to properly function and do the workouts given. I've done yoga sculpt numerous of times before and haven't had this issue. At first I thought I was being sensitive but during class pretty much half the participants were constantly stopping and needing breaks, me included. People started walking out about a little after halfway through the class which I don't blame them. I enjoyed the workout and pushed myself to finish but i'm not too sure if I would be back for another class.

Walked in today after few years of not being there and took a morning class with one of their teachers. She was very nice, kind, pleasant and knew her job well. Class lasted for 55 minutes. Class was not too difficult, and they go with the right pace to accommodate with beginners, and people who have been doing yoga for some time now. I really enjoyed the class and looking forward to going back. They have different prices for different classes and membership. For those who are interested. They also offer an online classes. Check the schedule. Place is clean, it's not too small, and can fit 14 to 17 people. Parking is in the back and that's all I have to say about today's visit. Namaste :-)

I've tried a mix of classes and services -- from challenging Pilates to deeply relaxing yin sessions and sound baths -- and each one offers something a little different depending on what I need that day. I also love that the infrared sauna sessions are set up in your own private room, which makes the experience feel even more relaxing and personal. They also do a great job of creating a sense of community. From time to time, they host special weekend events with thoughtful touches like goodie bags and guest sponsors, which makes you feel really valued as a member. I've even joined one of their group hikes, which was such a fun way to connect outside the studio. They've also brought in guest instructors for things like dance and Zumba-style classes, which keeps things fresh and interesting. What really keeps me coming back is the overall experience. The space is always clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and I love how easy it is to just show up -- mats, towels, and props are all provided. Parking in the back is also a huge plus, especially for LA. I've found myself telling friends about it and inviting them as my guests, which says a lot. It genuinely feels like a little wellness sanctuary, and I'm really glad I found this place.

This is a normal step for anyone evaluating a fitness or wellness membership. Later, management accused me of violating their policies simply for attending both locations and permanently revoked my access. The explanation provided was inconsistent with the promotional outreach they themselves sent encouraging trial participation. The situation escalated further when I accompanied a referred guest using a guest pass that had been given to me by another member. Instead of handling the matter professionally or discussing it in good faith, "Miguel" imposed a permanent ban and stated he would not correspond further. The lack of flexibility, unwillingness to review context, and overall tone from management was disappointing for a business that markets itself as a community-oriented wellness space. Potential members should carefully review all policies and be aware that enforcement may be strict and final regardless of circumstances.
