    Ive been training with Alexandru for 2 months now. His workouts are intense and the progress speaks for itself. He is 100% dedicated to his craft. Always has a great attitude and very punctual. He pays a lot of attention to detail and makes sure to explain all the workouts and what they do for you. I came to Alex not really knowing how to workout or what to do but since training with him I now have confidence not only in the gym but how my body is shaping up. I recommend Alex to all friends and family. Try him out! you won't regret it. Worth the investment! I'll drop a before and after just a couple months apart.

    Joining ADF training was one of the best decisions I've made. I remembered my first day was a little nervous, but everyone was super friendly and encouraging. Alex is a phenomenal trainer. Training with him has helped me to push past my limits. He is very understanding with what you are capable and not capable of doing, but it's very important to follow his instructions to see results. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and how it responds to certain workouts and diets. He has put me on a plan that is well accustomed to my body type. On a personal level, Alex is very kind and humble. He's the sort of person you are able to approach and ask questions or even just have a conversation with. 3 months with him, I have lost about 16lb and getting more toner. I am still in the process but results are looking good. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to up their game, ADF training is the way to go!!!

    Where to even start?! Meeting Alex, working out with him consistently and sticking to the meal plan has not only "helped" me, it's noticeably changing my life in all areas. I'm not just saying that. I have struggled with poor sleep routines, brain fog, lack of focus, skin issues, emotional distress that would send me into an overthinking spiral! Life has not magically become an easy pleasant cake walk however, the benefits of training with Alex have trickled down and improved all of those issues significantly in only 3 months time. The key isn't just that I hired a trainer, it's that it was Alex specifically. Alex was born for this. His passion, excitement and absolute dedication to his clients is noteworthy, infectious and out-freaking-standing. If you don't believe in yourself, borrow some belief from Alex haha! He's constantly encouraging, cheering you on and holding you accountable to the goals you said you had. His workout plans are challenging and so empowering and he's always observing to see where you might need more work, focus and/or better form. Outside of the gym, I have sent questions, comments, concerns, and pictures of my meals and he has ALWAYS gotten back to me at an impressive rate and given me full, thoughtful answers. I'm genuinely still so impressed by this. And I'll tell you all a little secret, lean in...Alex's clients compared to other gym goers set the standard because his mindset, demeanor and work ethic inspires that in everyone he trains. So if you're looking for a trainer to motivate you and give you a recycled workout, any Joe shmo will do. But. If you're looking to hunker down and get serious about changing your body, diet and life, the only trainer in OC for you is Alex. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

    I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) about two years ago now, and despite my diet and exercise routine, my weight kept increasing. I had to replace my entire wardrobe because the sizes just kept going up. This was definitely affecting my self-esteem! I was hesitant on getting a personal trainer because of the financial commitment, but I knew I had to do something about my health. I had consulted with medical providers and nutritionist. The information I was getting was not helping. They all said that there was nothing I could do because my dx is an autoimmune disease. This led me to change my perspective and see this as an investment towards my health and future! So, that's when I decided to look into getting a personal trainer. I learned about ADF training through a friend and decided to give it a try. I started ADF training October 2025 and exactly today, January 15, 2026 marks 3 months with ADF training. I have lost over 12 pounds! I feel better, I look better, and my confidence has definitely increased since I met Alex. He is an amazing trainer! He genuinely cares about his clients. He's not just giving you a 30-50 minute workout and calling it a day! He GENUINELY CARES, he spends so much time educating you through different methods of communication (text, phone calls, in person conversations). He tailors to your needs and goals. He will give you a meal plan and he will know when you're not following it! He will call you out (haha)! Alex, is very respectful, approachable and very knowledgeable. I have learned so much from him in such short term and I continue to learn. I'm excited to continue seeing results with ADF training. Thank you, Alex.

    The Most Interesting Man In The W.

    Since I started working with Alex as my personal trainer, I've noticed significant results. I worked out by myself for years but didn't make much progress. He and his team has given me great advice in terms of workouts, form, and diet to help me obtain my goals. The personal training gym is conveniently located by SNA airport. His workouts are intense and he will coach you to success through failure.

The place is spacious compared to other workout studios I've been to in the area. The format is mainly 5 stations with an A & B exercise. You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time.
