Adele and Santhosh did a great job watching our beloved dog, Buttercup. We had her boarded with them during a recent SoCal trip and she was in good spirits when we returned to pick her up. They provided pictures and updates via text messages. We loved getting these updates and finding out how she was during our trip. I would recommend them if you're in need of boarding your dog. read more

Adele's Pet Sitting - Happy cats - Dog Walkers Near Me - San Bruno, California

I cant say enough about adele. Having her watch your fur babies is like having trusted family watch them. Ive left them with her twice now and when I come back my cats are calm and undisturbed. Not like leaving them with a stranger. Not only does she take care of their basic needs, she talks to them and touches them, holds them and makes your absence less unbearable. She is amazing and very underpaid. Make sure you tip her she deserves it. read more

Adele's Pet Sitting - they love her like they love starbucks! - Dog Walkers Near Me - San Bruno, California

Adele is fantastic! She's been our pet sitter for about 5 years, and she is reliable, well priced, and bonded. She also came out to meet me and my kitty before taking on the first pet sitting job with us. I thought that was a great thing to do as it gave her and my kitty and me a chance to meet her. She also sends photos when doing the daily visits / 2x/day visits. I can't imagine having anyone else look after my furbaby! read more

Adele is a great pet sitter. She's been taking care of our cats for over 2 years during our times away, and has been completely reliable. Even better, she has been able to gain the trust of our scaredy-cat, who most other sitters haven't even seen and some even claim doesn't exist. For Adele she sits waiting at the door now, completely unafraid. Among many other great things, Adele knows how much we appreciate hearing about our pets, and sends us a detailed text message about how they're doing- along with photos of them in action. read more

I love her. Adele is seriously great! She is caring, flexible, responsive, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, understanding, cautious, and loving. What more could you ask for in a pet sitter. I am very protective of my pets and Adele makes me feel completely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her. read more

Recently took our very first trip after getting our kitten last year, and Adele exceeded all of our hopes as an amazing pet sitter! She was prompt and kind with her check-in's and we could not have hoped for a better experience Would definitely recommend her for anyone else looking for a pet sitter in the south city area, thanks so much for going above and beyond, Adele! read more

We have asked Adele to look after our cats for a few years now over vacations. Always prompt and courteous and lots of communication about how they are doing. Adele is five stars in our book! read more

Adele is wonderful. She has been caring for our three cats for years, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is responsible, flexible, and takes great care of our pets and watches out for our home when we are away. One of our cats recently went on twice-a-day medication to treat hyperthyroidism, and she administers it to him smoothly. She has also made herself available on very short notice when we had to leave town unexpectedly. Her rates are very reasonable and she's so easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Adele's Petsitting! read more

Adele is professional, reliable, communicative, and responsive. We have had other pet sitters who couldn't work with our cat, who is shy and unfriendly (hissing/growling at strangers). Adele took it in stride and even managed to get a daily photo of our fur-beast - from afar, thankfully. We are really happy with her services. I only wish she served a larger area so I could recommend her to all my friends! read more

1000% recommend Adele if you're looking for a trustworthy person to take care of your fur child(ren). When we moved to CA 2 years ago from the East coast, we knew no one here and for the first time had to find someone other than friends or family to watch my little fur muffin Mowgli (cat). I was pretty nervous about someone I didn't know too well taking care of my baby in my apartment, but she exceeded my expectations and took great care of my kitty every time, is super communicative and what I love the most is her daily email updates with pictures to assure me all is well. She even went the extra mile to do things like take out our garbage which was so nice, and picks up and drops off my keys since it's not easy for me to leave her with a copy for my complex. She also accepts Venmo which is super convenient. And, when she was planning her own much deserved vacation - she sent an email to her clients well in advance letting them know she'd be unavailable and pointed us to other resources which was so appreciated because we actually were going away during that time as well. And though she's only watched our cat, I've seen her numerous times around my apartment complex walking dogs. She always knows their personalities well when I stop to chat and is so professional and gentle with them. Now it's been a few times that Adele has watched our fur son, and we're very sad to say goodbye as we move out of her service area (seriously, probably the saddest thing about our move is having to find another pet sitter as great as her!) I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for a great cat sitter or dog walker with reasonable rates who will give you peace of mind! read more

Adele is a great pet sitter to our 3 cats!! They love her and that brings me a lot of comfort when we go on vacation. It takes one of the cats, Chewie, some time to warm up to people but he finally did and I can have her take care of them knowing they are safe and happy! Thanks, Adele!! read more

So this is an update to my review in 2013. Adele has been our dog walker since then and I am so grateful for her! She is the most professional, dependable and compassionate dog walker you could ever want. I really appreciate her flexibility and willingness to help with medications and changing circumstances on her visits. Knowing she is looking in on my precious Shannon gives me so much peace of mind. Thanks Adele! read more

Adele was absolutely fantastic!!! We left our 2 dogs at home for the first time ever and were really concerned if they'd be alright. Oh boy, alright they were and then some. Adele took such amazing care of them that they were probably better looking and behaving then when we left them. She gave us regular updates and pictures of our pups, and they absolutely adore her. Our home was left in an immaculate state too. Highly recommend her!!! read more

We've used Adele to help care for our dogs on a couple occasions. Both times Adele has been very flexible with our schedule, accommodating with each dogs specific needs, and caring for our dogs as if they were her own. From lap dogs to full-on working dogs, we have a 5lb maltese, and a 75lb belgian malinois, Adele can handle it all. I highly recommend her for all your pet sitting needs. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Adele. She has been our devoted cat sitter since 2014 and the only reason we won't be working with her anymore is that we're moving away from the area. If I could take her with us, I would! Adele is punctual, dependable and caring. From the first time we met her during the initial meet and greet, everyone felt comfortable- especially my cat! My cat is 19 years old and has had various physical challenges over the last few years including kidney disease and digestive problems. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a knowledgable, professional cat sitter to take care of your loving pet while you're away. The fact that she's willing to help with medications is another huge plus. Adele would go the extra mile to make me feel reassured that Chloe was ok by sending detailed updates and pictures of my cat. I would always instantly feel at ease when receiving Adele's updates. Chloe always seemed happy when we would come back from our trips, which is proof that Adele would actually take the time to play with her, to brush her and give her attention. Thank you so much Adele for taking such good care of my sweet cat, Chloe. I will highly recommend you and your services to anyone who asks! read more

We relocated from the UK to the Bay Area approximately a year ago - in the past my neighbors use to look after my cats when we went away. I met with a few pet sitters - but none of them felt "right". Then I met with Adele - we immediately "clicked". She is warm and loving and truly cares about the cats. I love that she sends me daily updates and photos of the cats - I always feel relaxed leaving my 3 cats in her care - knowing they are in loving hands! She is fantastic and I highly recommends her! read more

What a relief it is to have Adele watch your precious bundles of fur for you! Adele was wonderful; she pickied up the keys, did a pre-interview and took time to meet our cat beforehand. She was also very flexible as I had the dates of our vacation wrong and had to ask her to adjust her schedule. I also really appreciated getting an e-mail and a photo every day to show she was there and that our cat was happy and healthy! When we got home the litter boxes were clean, the water and food bowls were full... If you want to REALLY relax on your vacation and not worry if your friends are REALLY stopping by your house to check on your beloved pet, hire Adele! read more

I was referred to Adele by my other dog walker, Glynis when I needed an additional dog walker immediately. She responded quickly to my email asking her if she was available to walk my senior dog. We had a "meet and greet" on 8/2, and she started walking Malcolm on 8/5. From the moment I'd met Adele, I knew she would be a reliable and responsible dog walker. My dog liked her her from the get go. She is punctual, professional and a joy to work with. She has been more than accommodating when it comes to doing extra walks even on the weekends! I trust her completely with my buddy, Malky. Most importantly, what means the most to me, is her love and care she shows my 13 year Black Lab/Border Collie. Because of his age, and his health issues, he needs extra TLC. He looks forward to seeing Adele and having his daily walks with her. Adele is a true gem of a person. She is easy going in nature, however, she takes her job seriously and has never disappointed me. I will continue to have Adele walk Malcolm on a weekly basis, even after I am able to walk him on my own. Update: Adele walked Malcolm until 2015. Sadly, my sweet boy passed away that year. I am thankful for the love and extra TLC she gave Malky. Thank you so much Adele! read more

This review is long overdue for such a dependable and trustworthy professional pet sitter. We have been so impressed with her service and consistency over the last 6 months. Adele was warm and personable when she came over for the initial meet/greet with our precious Lola. Then she return during later that weekend to become familiar with the yard and gates before her first walk. She visits twice a week, provides updates of her visits and has also cared for both pets during our vacation. I would highly recommend Adele for any pet care needs. She is awesome! read more

Adele was wonderful with our little dog. Friendly reliable, liscenced and bonded. We were so happy that we are having her watch him again when we go on vacation. Thanks Adele! read more

I've been meaning to write this review for some time. Anyone who has a pet knows they aren't your pet it's your family. Adele definitely is one of those people. She is prompt, meticulous, and prepared to go above and beyond of what should be expected from a pet sitter. Adele was looking after our cat for a couple weeks last Chritmas. Shortly before I left, unfortunately our cat became ill and was suffereing from a very bad skin infection. My girlfriend was extremely stressed out because our vet couldn't resolve our cat's worsening condition before we left. Adele worked her schedule to visit our cat more frequently on such short notice. She also recommeded another vet for us who was able to diagnos and prescribe the proper treatment for our cat (he has helped a newly adopted cat of ours too). Adele sent picutres to us daily updating our cat's recovery. What stood out to us the most is the voicemail she left of our kitten purring while she played with her. Someone who truly cares about pets and compassionate about our peace of mind would do such a thing. She said, "I just wanted you guys to hear your kitten. She's doing much better now." I will be the first to tell you that our cat is very slow to warm up to new people. That voicemail she left said a lot to me. She was really spending her time with our cat. Christmas time is rolling around again, and Adele I'll be calling you soon for your outstanding services. read more

Adele is the best. Adele took care our 2 cats during our family vacation for 2 weeks. She did also send out cats pics to us everyday. I highly recommend Adele's services for anyone who need Pet Sitting. read more

We love Adele! My husband and I have two cats and Adele has been pet sitting them since we first got them as kittens. She is fantastic with them and actually knows their personalities and habits. Adele is always quick to respond to texts/emails, has great availability, and is as responsible and reliable as they come. As an added bonus, she sends pictures of them during each visit that look like professional-level photos :) We trust her 100% with our babies and cannot recommend her enough! read more

We are so happy that we found Adele! She is professional, thoughtful, and attentive to details. She knows what to anticipate! I really appreciated having the initial visit, when we got to know each other and discussed how we imagined pet sitting would work. This was the first time we left our kitty at home while on vacation. I believed that she would be less stressed staying at home than staying at the vet's. We were gone 6 days and I was able to RELAX on vacation knowing that Adele was not only checking on our little girl every day but also letting me know how things were going. I am already asking if she will be available the next time we travel. Excellent service. read more

Adele does a great job of taking care of our dog and cat while we are gone on vacation. I always feel a little nervous when I have to leave my little Maltese Yorkie dog because she does not like to get left behind and has some separation anxiety. Adele does a great job at texting me daily to reassure me that the animals are doing well. And when I get home from my vacation the animals always look well taken care of. read more

I can not say enough wonderful things about how Adele was with my cats. They are VERY timid animals. She would sit outside the closet they would hid in and she would wait for them to come to her. She had amazing patience with them, and it completely showed. I came home after a week-long trip, and my two beasts of cats were happy and content. THANK YOU!!! read more

Adele is fantastic! My house is crazy, my schedule is crazy and my animals are crazy. Doesn't faze her at all! I also appreciated the updates and pics. Can't have enough furr-baby pictures! read more

I can't say enough about Adele! We got to know Adele over a year and a half while she spent time with our little Yorkie each day. She is friendly, caring, reliable and flexible. From the very first consultation, Adele was laid back and attentive. I can't tell you how many times our schedules randomly changed and Adele was always flexible and understanding. I only recall her ever taking ONE vacation, which she let us know well ahead of time. Adele was the first dog walker we ever had to send us daily picture and update texts. Very comforting and fun :) All of these things add up to her being the BEST! Now, if she would only move to VA with us :) She has set the bar very high - highly recommend her services! read more

We are so thankful to have Adele as a weekday caretaker for our dog, Lucie. Adele is not only a true animal lover and a warm, gentle soul, but also an extremely professional, responsive, and communicative caretaker. It gives us such peace of mind to know that Lucie is in such good hands. She is also very considerate with small home requests, such as taking in the garbage cans on trash day, turning on lights, and bringing in packages. If you love your fur baby and need reliable and wonderful pet care, Adele is your gal. read more

I just started a new job 6 weeks ago and needed someone to check in on my Greyhounds every day. I have to say, many pet sitters are not willing to do daily visits, but Adele agreed to an ongoing agreement! She comes in every day to give them a little time and a cookie, and I have to say the peace of mind she gives me is worth every penny. On occasion she gives me updates on the laziness of my dogs, which is more than I could ever ask for. :-) The thing I like about Adele is her professionalism and follow-up, in addition to being very kind to my pups. Hire her, seriously! read more

My Great Dane and I have been a client of Adele's for over two years. My dog loves her and so do I! I couldn't survive without her. Adele is competent, reliable, trustworthy, and very accommodating. She always provides an update after the daily walks and lets me know if anything is unusual in my dog's behavior or poop habits. I always feel at ease knowing my pup is being well cared for by Adele. If I could give more than five stars, I would. read more

Adele goes above & beyond expectations. I have a very mean guard cat who only likes me and guards the apartment like she owns it! She will not let friends come in when I am gone to feed her with out throwing a hissy fit and scaring them away. Adele will do more than I ask of her even though this cat is a meanie. She sends pictures and updates, has always responded to me in a timely manner, even after I have not been in touch for a long time. I HIGHLY endorse Adele; it is so nice to have such an excellent person look after my little witch when I am out of town. read more

In a nutshell: Adele is an extremely professional, dependable, conscientious and friendly pet sitter. I am VERY attached to my 2 year old soft coated wheaten terrier. As a lifelong dog owner, I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and pet care in general. Therefore, I am very selective about who handles and/or interacts with my dog. I started working with Adele a few months back, and have been extremely impressed by the overall quality and value of the services that she provides. Adele goes above and beyond to understand my pet sitting needs, as well dog's idiosyncrasies (no detail is too small or insignificant). She provides regular updates, and on occasion will even snap a photo of my dog on his walks - all extremely reassuring. I trust Adele completely and would recommend her services to others. read more

Adéle is the best! We have used her twice now, and I wish we had starting using her way before. The only other time we've used a dog walker was about 2 years ago and the woman that owned the company turned out to be unreliable, so we were hesitant about trying out someone new, but after seeing Adéle around our complex with several other dogs we knew, we decided to give her a try and we really couldn't be happier! Our boys absolutely love her, she provides regular updates during her visit and she is punctual, actually shows up when she says she will (which you think wouldn't be that difficult but unfortunately was in the past for that other dog walker). Our dogs are like our kids, so it really puts our minds at ease that we have found someone we can depend on with Adéle. read more

Adele is fantastic! She loves what she does, and is very experienced. She always goes above and beyond my expectations and is a really great communicator. She always takes the time to txt me or let me know what is going on when I'm gone, and I really like that. I feel like I can rest easy knowing she's there. She also always makes time for me, even when I have a last minute request. Always tries to accommodate my travel schedule. She's the best, and I'm grateful to have her in our lives. Thank you so much! read more

Adele took care of our cat for 2 weeks. She made sure he was taken care of physically (food, drink, clean litter), and emotionally (cuddled, played, scratched him behind his ears). She sent daily report and pictures. We came back to a healthy, happy, contented cat. Thank you, Adele! read more

Adele is the best. My former pet sitters relocated, and Adele provided the same great service I had experienced with the other provider. She is very professional and I have no concerns about the kitties when I travel. Her rates are competitive and she is very flexible in terms of dates and times. She is warm and caring and that carries over to her interactions with my babies. I highly recommend Adele. read more

Adele is exactly what we were looking for in a dog walker: extremely reliable, organized, professional, responsive, able to adapt to schedule changes at the last minute, and really loves our pups. We have had bad experiences with dog walkers who are flaky, so we have been so happy to have Adele. We have two Havanese who she takes out twice a day. She texts me everyday with updates on their potty breaks and anything she notices that is out of the ordinary either at the apartment or with the dogs. She voluntarily opens windows in the apartments on a hot day and picks up the treats that they like when she is at the pet store....really above and beyond what we expect from a dog walker, but very appreciated! She is able to add extra walks on days when we are working late and cancel walks at the last minute if we don't need them. It's great that she responds so quickly and is able to adjust to our constantly shifting schedules. When are dogs are sick she takes special care of them and calls with detailed information about them. We are actually moving away and we are very very sad to lose Adele. Don't hesitate to call her if you are looking for a dog walker in your neighborhood! read more
