The coffee latte is excellent! Outside there is plenty to do nearby, with Uni's, museums, the zoo, and much more. Good restaurants are close, as well as shopping. Everything is provided for your convenience and comfort and the suites are located right in the downtown area opposite the Adelaide Convention Center. If your traveling with family or friends and need that extra convenience and flexibility you don't get from a regular hotel room this is definitely a good place to stay. Highly recommended.

And I don't just mean the dorms but also the kitchen and the bathrooms. I've stayed in their building across the road, called The Guesthouse. The 6 bedroom dorm was full and although many people had a lot of baggage on them, there was plenty of space in the room. People at the reception were very friendly and I chatted for a while with a guy who had moved from the UK to Adelaide and now works there. Near the reception you have a small lounge area with free wi-fi and TV. There's also an outside area at the back for all the smokers. The atmosphere stroke me as very relaxed and friendly. It was definitely not a crazy party hostel but people were still socialising and trying to get to know you and where you're from. Luckily I now have my own place in Adelaide and don't need to stay in hostels anymore, but if I had to I certainly wouldn't mind going back here.

I was really quite impressed when I walked in. For that price, I was expecting a complete dump, or at least something very poor. I've paid more to stay in really bad places before. But lo and behold, the place is actually alright. It's a bit shabby in places, a bit dated, but it's comfortable, the rooms are generally graced with modern furniture, and the location is pretty awesome. The only thing that I really thought was a bit low rent was the shower, but that's not a big deal, and it isn't that bad. It's very clean, just very aged. Good place to stay.

The room was lovely, bright and spacious. We had a balcony that overlooked the park. The bed was comfy, clean sheets, clean bathroom, big shower. The staff were lovely. I rang up in the morning to ask for a later checkout, and was happily given until 11:30. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I would definitely stay here with a boyfriend because it's very peaceful and serene. It's also a great place to take the kids. I absolutely think this place is great and I love how the caravan isn't too packed like Adelaide Shores. If you're looking for a getaway come here.
