They tried to do x-rays with my youngest son, and he was having problems, and rather than making it a traumatic experience for him, they said, "No worries - we'll try next time!" They are upfront about things, like orthodontic concerns, but I don't feel any pressure from them, and they're focused on keeping my kids mouths healthy and clean, which is what I'm paying for. The waiting room is entertaining, but they're always on-time, which is even better! We drive 45 minutes to get here, but I wouldn't change for convenience. These people have earned my trust!

I have had a fear of the dentist ever since. I start shaking, and get real nervous. I recently moved to Fairfield and decided it time for something permanent. Dr. Richter gave me a new implant and crown and i couldn't be more happy. The staff is so amazing and they make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They definitely have a family environment and they do everything they can to make things possible. I am now 33 and have the smile i have been wanting since i was 16. I have found my forever dentist.

She also said that they might be busy in the basement taking a "bathroom break", or doing something else. It was very disappointing, and disturbing to hear that. I received a 1 minute check over by a dentist who never introduced himself. This was my third visit there. During my first visit I noticed ants in the office. One was crawling on my purse, and the financial assistance had one in his office when I was speaking with him. I might be back, or might not. I am thinking about getting double dental insurance to find a more suitable place for myself.

I had to call and cancel a cleaning because of an illness and intended to reschedule. However, before I could ask for a new appointment, I was told that since it was my third cancellation going back to last year, I'd have to call for a same day appointment requiring daily calls until there was availability. Alternatively, I could give them a deposit assuming the intent is to ensure I show up. I've NEVER been a no show and the implication is insulting. I expressed my opinion and asked that it be shared with Dr. Kulwin.
