Actually, come to think of it, I've been filing my takes with them since I entered the work force. That's trust and loyalty right there. They have always treated me with the upmost respect, they value my business and want to educate me. In every interaction, I am left with more knowledge on the income tax process. I will share one year where I strayed and went to another place. Shame on me, I know! Of course, with the other guys who can "get you more money" I quickly got a letter from the IRS saying "This is not an audit" lol....like I said shame on me for not sticking with Advantage! I have never received anything other then my refund check from the IRS when I went with advantage. Of course, some years I owe, but it all depends on your exemption style. Something I learned from them....you see it's all about being a savvy citizen! If you are looking for a family owed business who does their job with pride, while educating their clients then come visit. You won't be disappointed. You will be welcomed with that warm family feeling, but feel secure in knowing that your very important tax business is taken care of.

4/2/2020 -This is my first review I have ever written, I do not like to write reviews especially…read morenegative ones, but this incident merits this review. I know people may have a bad day, consequently, a negative comment might have some effect on their business, but, if you have a business, customer service should be priority number one. I have been a client of Caceres and Caceres for four years and never had any problems. They were nice. This year I went to have my taxes done on 3/10/20. I have to pay to the IRS and agreed to have my taxes remitted on 4/1/20; however, due to current situation with Covid-19, the date to file the taxes was extended up to July 15. On 3/17/20, I sent an email to Xavier Caceres indicating that I did not want to send my taxes and payment until June 30. I sent four emails, but as of today's date, I am still waiting for his reply. I called the office on 3/30 and spoke to someone, left a message indicating that I did not want to send my taxes on 4/1/20, as originally scheduled, and for Xavier to answer my emails and called me. I called again on 3/31, but no one answered the call and did not have voice mail (hard to believe that a business do not have a voicemail), thus, I could not leave a message. Xavier has ignored my emails and the message I left at the office. My taxes were remitted to the IRS as originally scheduled on 4/1/20. The irresponsible and unethical behavior of this firm is unacceptable, especially with the financial situation that we are all facing because of the current pandemic. They have to seriously work on their customer service skills, upgrade their modus operandis, and keep up with the times by upgrading the communication skills and at least have a voice mail or an answering service, so the clients can leave a voice message or communicate with them!! I am writing this review on all platforms I could find on the web, sending an email to all my contacts, and filing a complaint to the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I will not recommend this firm to anyone; this was very irresponsible and unethical from their part to be playing with other people's money!

My husband and I had a bad experience and wanted to let others know. That's what this website is about. Yet it feels like ATS had people sign up for Yelp just to harass me. An employee was rude to me and I let Yelp users know. It doesn't give anyone the right to harass me for my opinion. My last review was removed because I wasn't specific enough, so if anyone was wondering what my problem was with the customer service here, I'll make it clear. I mistakenly pulled into a parking space that a person was about to pull into (I did not see them), and was yelled at by two people: a man with gold teeth who came out of this business door, and the woman driving the vehicle who said this was her business. They could've easily let it go and parked right next to me, or, if it was really that important, they could've been nice about it by saying something like "do you mind moving? I was just about to park there." Instead, the woman who said she was the business owner decided to raise her voice and say "BUT YOU SEEN ME ABOUT TO BACK UP IN THERE. YOU NEED TO MOVE." In reality, if I saw her, I would've easily gone to one of the OPEN spaces on either side of "her space." I would've avoided causing an issue, especially when both spaces on either side were empty. I went to get my taxes done, but was completely appalled by the supposed owner's way of handling something so petty that I didn't even bother to try with them after that.
