My intent was to be hired by UNC-CH as a permanent employee. I worked for 6 months as a SPA HR Manager in the School of Dentistry and I transferred to the School of Public Health, Dept of Environmental Engineering for 6 weeks, covering for someone on medidcal leave, handling departmental personnel transactions. That September, I was interviewed and hired as an Administrative Assistant III, managing a couple of grants and several pharmaceutical clinical trial contracts, managing several members of the research team, and overseeing the group's administration. When we work for dollar general we don't need to submit a time sheet. The last three times I worked for dollar general, Jackie in billing messages and tells me I will not be paid for that week because I did not submit a time sheet. I have called Jackie and reminded her we don't submit one for dollar general and she still refused to pay me on time. This is a problem because I rely on that money for gas and tolls for jobs the next week. Also, if I cancel jobs I loose points. Don't know how else to tell Jackie we don't need time sheets for dollar general.
