Don't waste your time with this place. I went AGAIN and they treated me poorly and seemed to look down upon myself and the other woman who came in shortly after I came in. I almost left in tears. I have a masters from McGill, and this woman interviewing me probably doesn't even have her associates. I've never been so mortified. Disorganized, cluttered office looks like it was furnished with thrown out pieces from other offices, not the place I would work. The lady was unfriendly and unprofessional. read more

The receptionist was exceptionally rude - I heard her make disparaging remarks about someone's physical appearance in the office, where everyone could hear! So unprofessional. Follow up on requests is super slow, and it seems the employees don't even communicate with each other, let alone with the customers, so good luck getting them to help you. Stay away!!!! read more

Completely rude, they helped people who had way worse criminal records than I ever had. I waited a week and what a waste they say due to my criminal backround....1 crime when I was 20 I can't work for them. Wow. Then how did you do it for those other ones who had 2 or 3 felonies and misdemeanors. Someone should look into this. I understand I have a record but how are we supposed to better ourselves if we can't even get a job. It's been almost 5 years and I had held a job the whole time with no problems it was just not as good as this one. read more
